As a result, upon receipt, for some reason they knocked down the crate three times more than the cargo itself, the fuck is asked, I did not ask them about it, according to them, it was supposed to be so, and accordingly they did not recalculate the cubic capacity and outweigh it, they said it was useless, I would still pay the entire amount that is indicated... you can't go to them anymore, it was cheaper to take a taxi to Moscow and pick them up yourself)

I used this transport company for the first time , the impression is terrible . Not only that, the deadlines were changed twice in the application . Also, tracking does not work correctly . As a result, the parcel traveled from Krasnodar for 13 days. I sincerely advise against it .
