The cargo was issued almost 2 times the estimated cost, and only then did I realize that it had to be changed, but even with the initial calculations, I could not collect this cost in the calculator.
Okay... When paying for the cargo, I beeped the card, the check was knocked out, the money was debited, but the money did not come to the PACK, I had to have a lot of problems with the bank because of this.
Okay... On 09/27/24, the cargo was processed and the promised delivery was on 10/07/24. But on 10/15/24, the cargo just left! Support from Russia can't say anything at all about your cargo in Yerevan, doesn't have any information why he didn't leave and constantly says that you can't get through to Yerevan. As a result, on the 14th, I arrived from another Russian city in Krasnodar, and only there, after 2 hours of my time, was the support able to contact Yerevan and explain to me the reason for the delay.
At the same time, I have a debt of about 2500r. approximately, provided that I have paid everything. It turned out that I had a debt in the application and on the website, but the payment was made in their system after 3 weeks. The accounting department for the payment did not send me a response. For some reason, there is no form for claiming delivery delays, so I had to write it in free form.
As a result, I arrived personally at 14.10, and the cargo finally left at 15.10. A coincidence? No.
At the same time, the cargo traveled from Yerevan to Krasnodar for as many as 9 days! That is, he was brought in only on the 25th. The funny thing is that as soon as the cargo was delivered, I still had a debt on the website, and if there was one, no one would bring the cargo to your address. Support on this day tells me in plain text that the delivery to the address is a "Schrodinger's Cat" because it is both canceled and not. As a result, I still got a call from the deliveryman who was able to bring me the cargo only the next day at a smart time range from 9.00 to 18.00, that is, in any case, you have to wait all day for the call until the delivery deigns to arrive.
However, I was still pleased that the entire cargo was intact, of course, because they did not impose as many as 2 crates. Moreover, only one reached the address, the second one was carefully disassembled by PACK and kept for himself under the pretext that it did not fit in the car, and the crates, oddly enough, cost money. Yes, as soon as I flew to Russia to meet the cargo (and manager Kristina knew this very well), the manager stopped contacting me at all.
Shortly.. It's more expensive to get involved with this transport company, only in desperation! It's very expensive, very long, and the service doesn't give a damn. But! The cargo is intact and at least nothing was stolen. And thanks for that.
I would like to add that I wrote a claim in free form, for which I received a response and a 20% discount for the service that the insurance company must pay. Having sent the data and banking details, I have not received anything for a month and a half now. I'll have to sue the campaign.
After 4 months, they still returned about 10% instead of the promised 20%. But thanks for that too.

They were sent from Kazakhstan to Yerevan. The cargo was delayed for 4 days. The notification came on the 23rd. We arrived the next day, Saturday, during business hours. The branch turned out to be closed (I met some worker, explained that everyone left at lunch, because they poured concrete). Who cares about your concrete? Fill it in after hours! They turned around and left. On Monday, they made a special preliminary call, clarified whether they were working and whether there was lunch, etc., and arrived at the closed gates. Calls are always busy, I called 30 times, and I never got through. We stood for half an hour until an employee arrived (or it's unclear who, did not introduce herself), opened the gate, finally came to the office. It is impossible to receive by SMS, although the cargo is prepaid. There were no apologies, they suggest writing a complaint to all questions. I would put 0 if it were possible. I would add a star for the fact that the cargo arrived intact (it was no longer issued in a crate). But this is not the merit of this department. If you can do without it, it's better not to contact PECK Yerevan.
They do not ship by road from Armenia to Russia, referring to sanctions and the fact that Georgia does not allow cargo to pass to Russia. There is no warning about this anywhere, neither on the website nor when placing an order online. Air delivery is 5 times more expensive and without insurance
I sent several boxes to Yerevan. Everything arrived on time, in one piece. Thanks to the friendly staff and good service. Of the minor disadvantages, it was difficult to drive through the yards.

NEVER, EVER contact the Yerevan office of the PEC!!! We lost my cargo two years ago. On the way, they forged documents, so that they had to deal with the inspection authorities. When trying to enter into a dialogue, there was a checkmate from the staff.. I gave you another chance this year. In total, the cargo has been delayed for 2 weeks. No one can tell where the cargo is....
The Yerevan representative office simply spoils the authority of the Russian PEC. Customer orientation is minimal, there is no ability to solve customer problems, they ignore the comments on the application and bring the cargo as they want and eventually give you the damaged cargo.
The delivery time of the cargo was violated 2.5 times, just think about it, not for a couple of days, but 2.5 times, and I did not hear a single apology in the Yerevan office for being late. Everyone lies, from the warehouse staff to the head, who considers herself a very important person, but in fact such an incompetent person in her position.
I recommend everyone to bypass this company if timing and comfort are important to you.

On 7.11.2022, the cargo arrived at the warehouse at 48/32 Admiral Isakov Avenue in the department of the PEC.

On 9.11 at 13:38, the status of the cargo changes to "Issued in stock" but to the wrong person! Today is already the 11th and they still don't call or even bother to find the parcel.

I will leave a review on the delivery of PEK Moscow-Yerevan:
1. The cargo did not arrive in a closed pallet, as stated and packed at the point of dispatch, but scattered on a gazelle. Everything was unpacked somewhere on the way (we suggest that in Yerevan), the entire package is damaged. Part of the furniture is broken and now it is not clear whether it is subject to repair. The wheel on the chair is also knocked down and it is also not clear whether it is subject to repair. The handles of the drawers are completely ruined - now only a replacement.
2. 5 of the 8 parts of the parcel are damaged in varying degrees of severity (soiled items, numerous chips, etc.).
3. The parcel arrived late, instead of 8.11.22 as stated at the time of shipment, only yesterday (11/16/12)
4. Yesterday we sent all this information to the operator from the PEC, by phone, who called us to coordinate the delivery time (he told us to send it to whatsapp) - as a result, they have not answered anything for more than a day, Moscow managers reported the need to provide a whole package of documents exclusively in the original and in the office of the PEC, among which receipts and receipts for the purchase of damaged goods, an act of discrepancy signed by a representative of the PEC (and when unloading, not only did they not give any act, they also sent it in Armenian when we asked about where the pallet was and why the cargo was scattered over the gazelle and damaged).
5. This is not counting the fact that we had to pay exactly 2 times more for the shipment than the calculator on the PEC website showed, although all dimensions HxWxD, weight, etc. coincided with our calculations. The representatives just spread their hands...
Keep in mind when shipping goods, I hope that no one will get so much from the PEC. Have a good package...
I ordered delivery from Chelyabinsk to Yerevan. 4 boxes, including a monitor and a computer. It took exactly a month, they were detained in a warehouse in Vladikavkaz and then for some time they stood at the Upper Lars checkpoint. I strongly do not recommend using the services of the PEC for the delivery of goods to Armenia. Complete unprofessionalism.
- Instead of 2 weeks, the cargo was transported for 2 months.
- When paying for 100% of the fence, delivery, repackaging and delivery to the apartment, they demanded 20,000 AMD from above for delivery.
- The repackaging was not done. As a result, the damage to the cargo, everything arrived torn and dirty.
- To solve the issue, you need to fill out a bunch of papers and stomp into their office. They don't want to solve the issues remotely.

They took over the transportation of the motorcycle to Russia, took it from Gyumri to Yerevan, made a crate at the warehouse and could not bring it out!!!! My shipment arrived in 18 days, three days later than the projected deadline – but when placing the order, they immediately said that due to delays at customs it would be three days later, so it turned out exactly on time. The monitor is intact and working, the box is not damaged, the crate was in place, everything was fast and polite in the office, the men in the warehouse are also excellent.
