But none of her stories came true except for the final delivery of the cargo.
A driver and a friend came to pick up the cargo, so there was no place in the cabin and I had to take a taxi to get the car, even though the manager said the opposite. The cargo was issued almost 2 times higher than the estimated cost and only then I realized that I had to change it, but even with the primary calculations, I could not collect this cost in the calculator.
Okay... When paying for the cargo, I made a sound with my card, the check was knocked out, the money was debited, but the money did not come to the PACK, I had to have a lot of problems with the bank because of this.
Okay... 09/27/24 the cargo was issued and the promised delivery was on 07.10.24. But on 10/15.24 the cargo has just left! Support from Russia can't say anything at all about your cargo in Yerevan, does not have any information why he did not leave and constantly says that it is impossible to get through to Yerevan. As a result, on the 14th I arrived from another Russian city to Krasnodar and only there, after 2 hours of my time, the support was still able to contact Yerevan and explain to me the reason for the delay.
At the same time, I have a payment debt of 2500r. approximately, provided that I have paid everything. It turned out that I have a debt in the application and on the site, but in their system the payment, after 3 weeks, still passed. The accounting department did not send me a reply. For some reason, there is no form for claiming a delay in delivery, either, so I had to write in a free form.
As a result, I arrived personally on 14.10, and the cargo finally left on 15.10. A coincidence? No.
With all this, the cargo traveled from Yerevan to Krasnodar for as many as 9 days! That is, they brought him only on the 25th. It's also funny that as soon as the cargo was delivered, I still had a debt on the site, and if there is one, no one will bring the cargo to your address. The support on this day tells me in plain text that the delivery to the address is a "Schrodinger's Cat" because it is both canceled and not. As a result, I still got a call from the deliverer who was able to bring me the cargo only the next day at a smart time spread from 9.00 to 18.00, that is, in any case, you need to wait all day for the call until the delivery deigns to arrive.
However, I was still pleased that the whole cargo was intact, of course, because they did not impose as many as 2 crates. Moreover, only one reached the address, the second PACK carefully disassembled and kept for himself under the pretext that it did not fit in the car, and the crates, oddly enough, cost money. Az yes, as soon as I flew to Russia to meet the cargo (and manager Kristina knew this perfectly well), the manager stopped contacting me at all.
Shortly.. It is more expensive to contact this transport company for yourself, only in case of despair! Very expensive, very long, not caring service. But! The cargo is intact and at least nothing was stolen. And thanks for that.
I was waiting for delivery from Krasnodar to Yerevan.
After 2 weeks, they called from the pack, informed me that my cargo had arrived.
I asked a friend to take a car to help me. We drove for about an hour, half an hour that the PACK was on the way out of the city, through all the traffic jams. We arrive - and there is only part of my cargo.
Naturally, no one said anything about it!
The reasons why only part of the cargo arrived are difficult to answer.
