Firstly, we did not fly on the appointed day, because we simply did not have enough seats on the plane (damn OVERBOOKING), and our luggage was checked in and we waited until the last near the boarding gate until the plane left! We don't know what we were waiting for, but that's what the airport representatives told us! as a result, we were taken out for a very long time and launched into the arrival area so that we could pick up our luggage and, to our surprise, the luggage was already damaged, although it did not even fly away! We were offered to write a claim, which we did, and looking ahead, I want to immediately note that they did not compensate us anything, they just "led us by the nose" for 1.5 months. As a result, we were immediately checked in for a flight a day later and taken to a hotel! The next day, of course, we flew away, but not without adventures. At first, half of the passengers on the plane were put on the wrong plane, the flight attendants did not even check. It turned out when two passengers began to apply for one seat. As a result, the passengers were taken to the tarmac and told to expect! After a while, we still managed to get on the right plane, the conductors were even less friendly this time, they did not meet passengers at the entrance to the plane and did not even give the required instructions.
As for the damaged luggage: First they wrote me a letter that they analyzed everything and concluded that it was possible to repair the suitcase and send them a check that they would compensate, which I did! After receiving the receipt, they requested a photo after the repair - I sent it! After some more time, they replied that they were not obliged to compensate anything and inserted into the letter a clipping from the rule of the Montreal Convention, which did not prove that they should not compensate the costs! And then they stopped responding at all!

Вопросительна даже законность такого подхода. Кроме того, контингент пассажиров не самый адекватный: выходишь с самолета - ряды прямо завалены мусором
