We've been to the hotel three times.
The most important fat plus is the sea.
The food is very good, everything is very edible.
It is clean everywhere, the territory is large, the animation is excellent.
There are several shops outside the hotel. The nearest market is 1.6 km away.
The staff has been working the same for years. Everyone is smiling and very friendly. Our Svetlana works at the reception, helps with everything

A gorgeous beach, for me it's better than another famous Cleo beach..! the hotel is decent in food, more local! there were four of us, everyone else was mostly Canada, England was most of the hotel.. you leave the hotel, here's a beach with beautiful sand for you right away.. the water is clean, despite the sandy beach! of course, it's better to take a place in the morning, almost in principle, as everywhere else, if you want a good place! everything is near the hotel, on the opposite side there are shops, cafes.. not far from Azura, there is also a bazaar there! in principle, everything is nearby! we were traveling by a custom-made transvert from the hotel, there were 4 of us. a Mercedes leather minibus arrived, a conder, wi-fi, Russian pop music.. we drove quickly and then back the same way! super in general! We would come back here again!

It's definitely not 5 stars.
The beach is great, but everything else is so-so. Everything seems to be included, but the safe in the room is paid. There seems to be a lot of food, but it is so not appetizing that you do not want to eat. The fruits are greenish. Everything is overcooked. There are days of Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc. cuisines. In fact, the cook only heard that there are such kitchens, but he does not know how to cook anything. Rooms... Well, they were once 5 stars. Now everything is patched, the taps are falling off, etc. This hotel needed repairs 5 years ago. The walls are cardboard, the noise in the hallway is annoying. But the most important feature of this hotel is the drive from 12 to 24. If you have paid for a room with a sea view, you will not be able to sleep.

Great hotel! We have flown to this hotel 4 times already. The sea is very close, just go to the pool, the beach is clean, the sand is clear, the sea is warm (we fly in the 1st half of September). There are many pools with slides on the territory (we rarely go to the pool), mainly by the sea. The food is good, varied for both children and adults, lots of fruits. The staff is friendly. There is a children's room, the animators are cool, the child is happy to stay and asks to be picked up later. The rooms are not super new, but cozy.

In mid-October 2021, we rested at this hotel. We were in Turkey and at sea for the first time, of course we liked everything!))But initially I conquered the long sandy beach! we were afraid that the sea would be cold, everyone scared us with this: but the sea was warm)) The food is delicious and varied, there are enough tables, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned, and they keep clean, they are always friendly! The territory is large, green, and beautiful, there is a place to walk))The rooms are also nothing, not super new, but cozy. However, the beds are terribly uncomfortable! Bars on the beach, alcohol is good!We are thinking of coming to this hotel again

Pegasos Royal
We liked the hotel. A large area of three hotels of the same Pegasos chain. Nice clean pools, where there are always free sun beds in the sun and in the shade. The hotel can be said to be a children's hotel, because sometimes you get the feeling that you are in kindergarten and each kid has his own tutor :) But everything is arranged in such a way and such an atmosphere that it is only a joy. The pools have water slides, they are concentrated in one place and rescuers are constantly on duty there, they are really on duty, they are vigilant, they go and look at who is doing what and very carefully. They keep an eye on those who ride down the slides and those who are in the pool. For the first time on the roller coaster, people try to ride on their ass, not all the slides succeed. It is necessary to ride lying on your heels and shoulder blades, bending, arms pressed, then you will rush with the breeze on any slide. Checked :)
The beach and the sea are right behind the pool, in general, you can walk barefoot everywhere, but when leaving the beach you need to wash your feet from the sand, there is both a shower and a hose for this. There are always free sun beds on the beach, but in order to lie down in a special shade under a canopy, you need to come and take a seat before breakfast. The sand is shallow, the sea is clean, no slabs and stones, the waves are gentle and I don't want to go anywhere. Even a child who did not understand last year that we were so drawn to the sea (in another hotel there were rocks and algae in the water) here he swung and sat in the sea with us, despite the strong salinity, which you get used to after a couple of days. And again, the rescuers are constantly in their booths and watch over the swimmers.
Almost all the fish graze at the bridge to the inflatable attractions, which cannot be climbed without proper preparation. But the fish there are waiting for your bread and you can swim among them and look at them with a mask in the water. Few of them come to the beach at the hotel.
The food here is great. There are many different types of meat in any form and with different sauces and vegetables, fried, stewed, smoked, and baked. Very tasty potatoes in any form, not at all like our crumbly ones. Fruits, vegetables, bread, rolls, salads, herbs, oils, sauces and everything fresh and delicious. Different fish and seafood. Sweets are not very diverse, sometimes there was something delicious. But every dinner there was a good delicious ice cream on a separate counter with sauce and grated nuts and a warm pie - that was delicious. Drinks: tea, coffee, water, juices, soda, in any quantities. It was very rare for us Russians that the waiters offered to bring drinks to the table, they just ran around and circled around with other foreigners (well, maybe they left tips). They brought beer, wine, and Cola. But we don't drink it, and therefore it didn't bother us. You can take it from the bartender yourself, if anyone needs it. In any case, do not count on the rolls that you will see on the day of Asian cuisine, this is an inedible thing: rice is either overcooked and sticks to your teeth or undercooked. But the noodles fried by the cook in a frying pan are very tasty, so you can stand in line for 5 minutes :) The furniture in the restaurant is wooden, the tablecloths are white, the chairs with upholstered seats, the views of the sunset and the sea are excellent. Cooks and waiters are watching over the dishes, food and there was plenty of everything.
The rooms are mostly standard: this is a room divided by a heavy partition and it will protect parents from the sounds of the road outside the window, but those who are there at the window, alas, they can hear the road. The room has a double bed of two beds and two sofas, comfortable for both children and adults. The bathroom is large and has a real bathtub, a window to the room with blinds, apparently to watch the children when you wash. The curtain in the bathtub should be pressed down with something heavy, so that you do not end up in a puddle of water on the floor. There are dispensers with liquid shampoo soap at the sink and above the bathroom, it's very convenient - you don't need to shake it out of the bottles. The audibility between the rooms is not noticed, but everything is very clearly audible from the corridor : (Key cards give only 2 per room, even if there are three adults.
I was glad that towels are not particularly considered. We forgot one thing on the beach, so they gave us a new card at the reception, it's nice. If you ask the maid in the room, she'll give you more.
The Internet is free at the reception and in the lobby bar. Further in the room and throughout the territory - paid. 30 euros for a week for three people. But everyone can go wherever they want and call up for a meeting. Even if there are only 3 days left, it is still more profitable to pay another 30 euros than to pay for each day to everyone.
Water: there are refrigerators with half-liter bottles of water all over the territory, take as much as you want and wherever you want. In bars, tea, coffee, etc., lemons for tea at the bartenders :) Free coffee beans are available only at the Club Beach bar, paid at the hotel.
Entertainments. Once a week there is a foam party on the beach, water aerobics in the pool and something else that we did not participate in. There are performances in theaters in the evenings, it's so fun to watch, the speakers are trying, well done. The children saw a special club, the kids are delighted.
There are markets and shops across the street from the Resort, where you can exchange currency. The hotels also have shops with a good selection, the magnets in them are even better in quality than in the market.
The nearest pharmacy and supermarket are 5 minutes away by bus.
All guests are given bracelets of different colors: blue for Russians, each country has its own color, and white for all children.
A lot of the staff speak Russian, but not all of them, so try who you run into :)
At the end of September, it felt like 80 percent of the hotel was Russian and, moreover, from all over Russia, and the vast majority with 2-3 preschool children. But, if you do not look at the bracelets, then this is not felt by the behavior.
We all got over the Coxsackie virus there together, at first we just thought everyone had a cold in different forms and only spots came out at home. Someone else had something on their lip, a child on their tongue and gums. But then they found out on the Internet just all the symptoms of that very virus. But in principle, it's okay, take throat suckers and nasal sprays, and it's fine. It had almost no effect on our vacation.
We recommend the hotel to families with children for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We rested from 09/22/19 to 10/22/19. The beach is excellent, the sea is wonderful, the room is very good. Food for every taste and in a large assortment. The territory is beautiful, large and well maintained!
The downside is the little things - there is not a single bench in a large area... Juices are very diluted and not tasty ...
Well, purely subjective, compared to Greece, where everything is included, is justified by 95%, here 60-70%, although in Cyprus 45-50%, not to mention Africa.....

I really liked the hotel, cozy rooms, daily cleaning and change of bed linen. Good, tasty food - different types of meat, daily fish cooked in different ways, lots of fruits. A magnificent sandy beach with a Blue flag, clean water. The staff is very friendly. On Wednesdays, there is a market in Avsallar, where there is an abundance of fruits, vegetables and clothing stalls.

I liked, perhaps, only the sea. The beach is just great.
I was unpleasantly surprised by the presence of separate beds for a married couple, which in principle cannot be placed side by side, as well as the staff's apologies on duty and the complete lack of desire to solve the situation.
This is not the first time we are vacationing in Turkey. Usually in 5-star hotels, guests are offered free slippers and bathrobes in the rooms, free safe and wi-fi in the rooms and on site, gifts from the hotel in the form of sewing kits, mini-products of gels, body milk, shampoo, soap and other small things for personal hygiene.
The absence of this in the Pegasos hotel was very unpleasantly surprised.
And the offer to buy a bathrobe for 3 euros per day per person was simply shocking.
I was also not pleased with the holding of "ecology days", when room cleaning is simply not carried out. It is especially unpleasant when, not knowing about such a tradition of the hotel, in the morning I put dirty towels on the floor and went to the beach. In the evening, after visiting the sea and the pool, you will either have to use dirty towels, or join the fight for the environment and abandon hygienic procedures.
The range of dishes, too, in my opinion, leaves much to be desired. Breakfast includes several egg dishes, the same eggs with vegetables, eggs with sausage and eggs with eggs every day.
Soups for lunch simply do not stand up to any criticism, with one soup traditionally being consomme. The only decent lentil soup in 10 days.
I'm not saying that you need to cook Russian cabbage soup, there are a lot of options for soups of European cuisine, vegetable and mushroom. But the broth from cooking rice cannot be called soup.
Well, of course, the subject of daily irritation were flies, just swarming in some incredible numbers in the closed part of the dining room.
It would be nice to offer guests not only coffee cups, but also tea cups, rather than putting glass cups for tea, and in their absence, paper cups for juice.
I would like to have the opportunity to have a snack on site during the hours when the dining room is not open. This would be very convenient for guests who missed standard meals when checking in or returning from excursions or walks.

The hotel is awesome, we ordered an early booking. We will visit this paradise on earth for the second time. Everything is great, starting with the reception. Bribes to check in "early" are not acceptable in this hotel and this is a huge plus and respect for the hotel staff. The food is at the highest level. There is respect from the hotel staff. Of course, the security is also at the highest level. I recommend the hotel to everyone to visit.

I did not like it: I was poisoned in the restaurant of the Pegasos Royal hotel, in the same restaurant half of the tables are always reserved and empty, the rest of the tables are occupied. Vacationers walk around with plates, they don't know where to sit. In general, it's a complete mess. The room has a bathtub with a very uncomfortable shower , which is not removable , rigidly fixed .
