We did not come to the meeting, because we have two children, a 5-month-old baby who sleeps for the first time at 10 a.m. and the eldest child, and we were not interested in any excursions. We came to relax at the hotel. On the day of departure, our flight number and departure time were changed when we turned to Marina for help, what should we focus on the time or flight number (it was important for us, because we paid extra specifically for the evening flight and spending an extra 6 hours with children at the airport is not an option). So, when we turned to the guide, we came across such rudeness and rudeness on her part, I haven't seen such a thing even in Russia for a long time. Except in the village store or at the bazaar. She insisted that we did not come to the meeting, and refused to tell us anything about the flight, and she was rude to her husband, to me, refused to give the contacts of the management, go to another guide to whom we can turn. To our question: what should we do now? Standing in front of her with children, with a temperature of 38.5 and shocked at this inadequacy. The answer was: I do not know! I specifically took tickets separately so that the flight would not change, but this does not mean anything to the Pegasus Touristic company. They didn't give a damn about your plans. The day before departure, the transfer is again twice as long for the flight. Seriously? I checked for a long time with the company that sold their tickets by flight time, but alas - they confirmed to me - the flight time has increased. Comrades, I bought a ticket from you under certain conditions. What is the time increase? Can you add another transplant? It turns out that the purchase of a charter turned into the purchase of a "pig in a poke". And also - ordering an individual transfer - you pay almost $ 50 and wait until the office deigns to send you the time when you will be picked up. Yes, they don't send SMS and they don't know how to use e-mail. They will send it to the reception.. It's like I'm ordering a bus. If it is inconvenient, you can try to coordinate... Should I try to coordinate it? That is, I pay for a separate transfer and they will indicate the time of departure - it is better to order it myself or from another company that respects and values customers. It is not surprising that such companies start having financial problems. It seems to the owners that they should reconsider their personnel policy or after some time they will have to reconsider their financial policy.
