Firstly, when selling excursions, you don't care about environmental friendliness, the main thing is to get involved. So we went to a water park with beautiful beaches where you can swim with fish for 20k. And no one warned that one beach would not be available, that there was a queue on the slides for 1.5 hours, that swimming with fish was an additional payment. Do not finish ≠ environmental friendliness when selling.
Secondly, what caused this review and the point in our relationship with this company is that we were forgotten at the hotel at 4 a.m., when we were supposed to be taken to the airport. This is generally both a laugh and a sin. We went down to the scheduled time, and Pegasus picked up the other tourists without checking any documents, thereby leaving us without a transfer. Thanks to the other company that called Pegasus and solved their problems, as well as for taking us to the airport.
All in all, a honeymoon with Pegasus was an extremely bad choice.😅
Disgusting. A trip to sightseeing Alanya was purchased. As a result, we were not taken to the fortress by funicular (although it was promised). We were not taken to the banana plantations. We were dropped off on the beach for two hours, in the sun. And they paid a lot, 5,000 rubles each. Pegasus is not the same anymore. Or the bosses don't know what the agents are doing behind their backs.???
