I have tried almost all Pegasus meat products. If there is nothing to compare it with, then it seems that everything is not bad. I was attracted by the fact that the manufacturer is local, but I am interested in trying autochthonous products. In my opinion, sausages do not reach the European level both in taste and quality. However, they are superior in price, sometimes significantly. I was surprised by the presence of local ham. I tried it. The price is cosmic, even for Europe. There is still a lot of work to do on quality. It tastes a lot of salt and is a little damp. Next to the store on Rose Street (Trandafirilor) I saw a burger joint, again I was drawn to taste local flavors. Disappointed. The prices are basically normal. I took the most expensive Royal Cheese, well, that's what they call it, they plagiarize it on the sly. + a lot of greens, sauces, it seems juicy. BUT, all the fat disadvantages are crossed out: the most important thing is the cutlet, dry, with streaks, the impression that there are piles of paper (and not for the printer, as you understand) On top of that, it's too salty.
In general, there is something for the manufacturer to think about. Although, judging by the number of dots, they are fine. People are eating. There is no special alternative massively. I'll go to the supermarket, maybe I'll get lucky and there will be Spanish jamon or Italian prosciutto crudo with a good price/quality ratio.
Good luck to everyone!
