Disappointed and let down by the service. We often order pies at the office, we really like the taste and quality, everything was wonderful. And on 31.01.25 I ordered pies for my Birthday on the website at 3.02, to treat my colleagues. The order confirmation never came, but I thought that since it's Sun-Sat weekend, it's okay. On Monday, 3.02 a.m. at 9 a.m., I called to find out what time the pies would be delivered, to which the bakery manager replied: "we have not accepted orders since Friday afternoon, there is no order from you"!!! How could the client know this??? And why don't you have a notification about this on your website, or at least a notification when ordering? When I asked to search for my order, they replied: "your order to the specified address was placed on 3.03"! I am reliably aware that I placed an order on the website by filling in the fields of the order form, including the field with the calendar with the delivery date, which I specified on 02/3/2025. The problems of errors on the website should not affect the customers. As a result, I received a categorical answer.: "we are not accepting orders for today!" and 0 apologies. To say that they let you down is to say nothing, to say that you lost 3 days of time is the same. It's a real shame, because we love and appreciate your pies, but trust in you is lost.

The pies are really delicious, but lately it has been absolutely impossible to place an order, even trying to make it a week before the required delivery. They don't even take orders for pickup. And this has been observed for a long period of time. It would be good for management to think about increasing capacity if there is a plan for further work.
And the downside is that they don't respond on Instagram. That is, it is just nominally wound up.

Awesome delicious pies, for pies 10 out of 10. Thin crispy dough with a golden crust, delicious and varied filling. Many thanks to the bakers, your pies are like from a grandmother's oven. The only disadvantage is the delivery, unfortunately, the delivery is long.

Positive:
1) I placed an order on a day off (Sunday) in the morning and received an order confirmation that day in the evening, which was pleasantly surprised, since the working hours on the site are indicated from MON to Fri.
2) the delivery was within a strictly agreed period. I asked from 12.00 to 13.00, but I was at 12.55.
Cons:
1) I ordered 4 sets and all arrived cold. And reheat 100 pies in the microwave, well... Such a quest.
2) the card payment was split into several amounts, since the mobile application of Belgazprombank may be buggy on a large amount. Which is extremely inconvenient, since I had to look at the statement to make sure the correct amount of payment.
I ordered it for the first time, for colleagues in honor of celebrating my doctor and was upset that despite the high rating, the pies came remaining, which also affects taste perception and pleasure. I hope these shortcomings can be fixed. Good luck to you in your business.

Very tasty! 10 out of 10. Reading the negative reviews, I can't even believe that they wrote about these pies. Or are we just lucky?) Fresh, hot, you can say with fervor from the heat)) There are unrealistically many fillings. The dough is thin. We ordered it to the office today. There wasn't a single person who didn't like something. I definitely recommend it.

Thanks for the delivery, always on time. But today, unfortunately, the order was not fully completed. There was an order for two sets and several pieces per piece. We brought one set and 6 pies piece by piece. The order was online and confirmed by phone. I hope this won't happen next time. And so the pies are on fire))

And the boorish "response" to such a review from Pechorin shows that they are not going to change. Therefore, I will give them a little legal advice)
The information posted on the Internet is a contract of a public offer, and refusal to accept it to me as a consumer is unacceptable. These actions are the basis for filing a complaint against the organization.So it's better to change your attitude towards customers.

Terrible service!!! The first time our colleagues were going to place an order, we were told at 11 that orders were no longer being accepted. Well, at least they called back later, said that we would still have toppings, and accepted the order.
It's 11.20 now, we wanted to make a collective order, we said on the phone that they were no longer working. 11.20 and they don't work? What are the regulations for accepting orders in general? Then why is it indicated on the website before 12? And in the order column - before 12:30! And you can also not be rude on the phone! Disgusting job!
