When we first opened, everything was almost perfect! But now...... the service is lame, the customers are hammered, the vegetables in the salads are no longer so fresh, the barista seems to have quit, there are no teas..... It seems to me that they decided to switch from quality to quantity, i.e. they decided to replace normal customers with quantity (young people, students, etc.) If this is the case, then they will regret it very soon......
