we celebrated our birthday with a large company, it was very comfortable and cozy. A great holiday estate, everything is done for guests, the owner Kirill is a very responsive and pleasant person! Customer orientation is at the highest level, we have not seen this anywhere for a long time and were delighted! The house is very atmospheric, clean, has everything you need, there are enough beds,a lot of dishes, towels, slippers, everything you need for a good rest! Kirill is very sensitive to his guests, worries that everything is enough and will do everything to make the guests happy and not think about anything,helped us with the organization of the buffet, gave the guests a ride to the city so that it was convenient to call a taxi, noticed all the little things,treats his visitors very sincerely, which can not be left without attention!a beautiful clean area, cute and kind dogs who are happy to see everyone, lights that create a wonderful atmosphere of comfort and warmth in the evening! Additionally, you can rent a swimming pool, a font and a sauna. We took the pool, Kirill cleaned it right away and everything was cool. We are very glad that we visited this estate, I think we will definitely come again, we wish many good guests and prosperity! And once again we want to thank Kirill for the warm welcome and hospitality, all the guests were satisfied, had a good rest and only pleasant memories remained!❤

We had a holiday with two families with children for the epiphany. great place: cozy, clean, beautiful. There is everything you need. Clean heated pool, shower, toilet. Outdoor recreation area under a canopy. Thank you so much for taking care of your visitors and generosity!I recommend this wonderful place for a family vacation.We will definitely come again

Many times we rented different houses in the city or nearby, but this place is the best, believe me! And of course check it out!))

We celebrated the Baptism of our daughter, with a company of 18 people and three children. Everyone was very satisfied.Here you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city with family, friends and family. Kirill, this is generally a super host, he treats the guests very attentively and carefully: he entertained our children, which he always brings, he also gave us a lavrushka bush. There are very kind dogs and cats on the territory-the children were not afraid.

We did not go in order to look for disadvantages and some kind of jambs, we were going to spend time with our loved ones, so we liked everything. Would you like to come back again??? The answer is yes!

Today I was lucky enough to visit this "wonderful place". THE PRICE AND QUALITY DO NOT MATCH AT ALL. I would like to ask if the owner himself would rest in such conditions for 550 rubles.
1. The toilet is a rustic house, but with a terrible stench.
2. The sleeping places are just mattresses (which were not thrown in the trash, but decided to leave for the guests). There are no beds. In general, there is a feeling that the sleeping places are designed for the fact that guests will get drunk and they don't care in what conditions to sleep.
3. Washbasin - water should be poured into it with a bucket. There is no soap.
4. Flies, wasps and the worst thing is hornets.
5. There is no fence, uninvited guests (dogs) may come.
6. The water in the pool is cold, dirty and already has a smell. There is no filter. There is garbage floating on the bottom. And for this pleasure you need to pay an additional 100 rubles. We didn't swim. The owner returned the money.
8. The second time, I would not go to this place and would not recommend it.
THE PRICE IS SOOO OVERPRICED.
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF THE OWNER OF THIS ESTATE WOULD LIKE TO REST IN SUCH CONDITIONS FOR SUCH MONEY.

An excellent estate, suitable for family holidays and company holidays. Everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city is a wooden house with a sauna, a swimming pool, a barbecue area and relaxation on the shore of the reservoir. All amenities, the Sozh river is within walking distance. We had a rest with the children, everyone liked it.
