Anger, sadness, disappointment - all these emotions were "given" to me by this printing studio. 1 star only for urgency. A layout was sent, with SPECIFIC parameters, but the manager decided to add "on her own" and completely ruined the picture. There was no time to argue and find out anything from the word at all, the train left in 2 hours.
As a result, I have 39 rubles, which I know where, and a painting with blackening contours and numbers. I can't imagine how many tons of paint should cover IT. No one has corrected the source code WITHOUT asking, and no one has agreed on anything with me.
Before you send them your painting for printing, think about 10 times what they can spoil for you, but it still won't help - they will find something else.

I really like the printing of paintings on canvas. I ordered it repeatedly and each time I am satisfied with the result. The price tag is pleasant, the timing is always clear, the picture will even be packed in gift paper and a postcard will be signed if necessary).

Excellent work starting from the pre-order stage. Dall, even better. Employee Ksenia, professional. I completely helped with all the "wishes" from the customer. I'm really pre-war. There is something to compare it with. I ordered something similar in Moscow..... So it's 40 percent more expensive there, so also for every face in the photo, + 500 RF. The dog in the photo = 500 rubles of the Russian Federation. How is that? But not about the Russian Federation. Everything is at the highest level here. Quality and result. I AM VERY PRE-WAR. Moreover, I will definitely return with the completion of what I ordered in Moscow. Thanks again! I highly recommend this organization and Ksenia personally to everyone.

I received a reproach for my clarification about specifying additional parameters in the application. The second point that surprised and stunned me was the required prepayment for the provision of services, when the site clearly indicates the moment that the company operates without prepayment. It's a strange office.
