The keyboard needed to be replaced,they were told the laptop model and actually what needed to be replaced, the manager said there were components for replacement, when the master arrived, he said everything was there, took an advance payment of 50 rubles and took the laptop. The next day they called and said that there was only another keyboard 2 times more expensive, we refused. And they refused to return the prepayment, saying that a complex diagnosis had been performed. What it was is a mystery, but it is difficult to understand what it means to replace the keyboard. At the same time, the promise on their website about free diagnostics, a 20% discount on 1 appeal is a deception.
I contacted about installing Windows, they indicated a very sweet cost of 25 rubles on the phone, but it turned out not everything was so simple, they counted unnecessary work on the spot, such as reinstalling the BIOS, drivers, office, and eventually about 200 rubles came out, naturally left there and did it elsewhere. They took 20 rubles for the "free" diagnosis, of course without a receipt)) I don't recommend it.

After the next repair under warranty (which was not clear), it was still turned on every other time. I called, they said, 'Take it, we'll watch it.' I didn't see any point in taking it for the 3rd time. I took it to another service. The attitude towards customers is disgusting. No one is responsible for anything. Just a divorce. They work for 1 time.
