One of the best plov in city. The service is OK but could be better. Good interior of the 1st floor. The basement interior is poor with low light and old furniture.

It looks like a restaurant. Clean, cozy. The food is delicious. I think the pilaf is made of linseed oil. The waiters are nimble. Unfortunately, Soames is only an olot, but many people like her. The prices are surprisingly the same as in cheap canteens.
