Today, my mother came to change tenge for a ruble, an employee of the exchanger sent her to another one under the pretext that he only had large ones and he would not be able to change the tail, she did not find the item that he suggested to her, when she returned she asked to change a round sum, to which he said that he could not change because now he would change the course, he went out and changed the dollar exchange rate at the stand, did not change the ruble, waited for her to come up again, to which he refused her again, saying that the computer was not working...... In general, I am not a fan of writing like this, but there is no limit to my indignation, a pensioner woman, to drive like a girl, no conscience ...... And I write in order for the employer of this exchange office to be attentive and picky in the selection of staff, otherwise only collect negativity and lose customers because of such employees, I think it is not in your best interests.
