The bus station has been renovated for quite a long time. Stylish and modern design, the taste of the designer is good. All the signs, on the information board, at the ticket offices, everything is decorated in a normal font, everything is readable well. There is a small disadvantage - the lack of work of the cash register or cash desks after 19:00. If you happen to arrive later, you will not be able to purchase tickets. There is also no working reference point after 19. Another disadvantage is that there are no ATMs and terminals, not a single bank, or I did not find them in prominent places in the common room. But, on the information message on the glass of one of the ticket offices, I found the address of the website, on which, by the way, I very effectively and quickly issued / bought an online ticket. However, I had to ask my family to transfer it to Caspi in order to make an online payment, but there simply were no funds on Caspi, so if there was a Caspi terminal, there was cash, I would have thrown it right away. But, these are small things, everything is generally positive, the logistics of the premises, the boarding platforms for buses, everything is done at a height!!!

I arrived at 20:30 to meet the bus from Russia, at that time only the main entrance was open, the lights were already turned off almost everywhere, I went to the waiting room where the buses are waiting to arrive. A guard, a toilet worker and another lady almost attacked me, shouting that the vocals were closed and where I was going. I replied that I needed to meet the bus, and I needed to get off at the landing site, they replied go through the main entrance. She barely persuaded me to let me out here so as not to walk around the building in the rain. I asked about the arrival of the bus I needed, no one knows anything and the information desk does not work. There is no timetable for the arrival of buses.
