Great hotel! Everything is reasonable and decent. Clean room, varied and delicious food. Very convenient location - 20 meters from the pool to the sea. The only thing is the second building, which is a little further from the sea, you also need to go to eat from it. But this is not fatal, so it did not spoil the rest at all.
On the opposite side of the sea there are a lot of shops and cafes, pharmacies, car and motorcycle rentals - you don't have to go to the center. Very convenient.
It is worth noting the beach - Sunny Beach is a bay. Therefore, there are no strong waves, a convenient sandy and gentle approach is ideal for children.
We went in August 2021 with my wife and son, I really liked it!

A good hotel for a family holiday. We had a rest with two children, for 3 months it is convenient that walking distance from the sea. You can run to the room at any time. When she was 8 years old, she was interested in playing and dancing with an animator. I recommend it for holidays with children. We went to the city by taxi or walked. The room was taken extended, it was not crowded. The food is not great, but it is normal. The service is good. The beach is great with a smooth entrance

We stayed at this hotel in September 2021. Everything is enabled according to the system.I really liked everything! The food is varied, very tasty, the location of the hotel is very convenient, the sea is 1 minute walk away, you can lie on the sun loungers at the hotel and not take on the beach (saving money), the beach is excellent. Nissi beach is a 5-minute walk away, the center and the street with bars are 20 minutes away at a quiet pace, shops and cafes are across the street from the hotel. Special thanks to the service staff, in particular the waiter and the young man. We were satisfied, I recommend this hotel.

A very good restructured hotel, everything for a normal relaxing holiday. The staff speaks Russian, although there are few of ours. There is a beach nearby, a warm shallow bay, sand, you can dip right from the pool and return. The food is not Michelin, but quite. Everything is nearby, Ayia Napa bars and discos, all sorts of antiquities for excursions around. The children are very happy there. Well, 4 stars, not five. But it fits perfectly! And the prices too.

Which is good:
- location in the sense of everything you need on vacation, five minutes to the nearest beach at a leisurely pace - the cove is small, it warms up in the evening; to the beach of Nissi Bay, bigger and more beautiful - 15 minutes by a convenient promenade;
- the nearest and very decent store is 5 minutes away; to barnaya street with all its entertainments - well, probably 20 minutes on foot - if you don't get lost.
The rooms are normal, but to be honest, they are old, the plumbing is not very good, nostalgic metal keys and locks that jam them) but, they say, repairs are expected by next season.
frankly speaking, there is not much food, a lot of deep-frying and pasta, trouble with fish, seafood was not met, for this minus

This is our favorite hotel, we stayed in it for 4 years in a row. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, there are two pools, one for the smallest. Just a stone's throw from the sea, a small bay, Connie beach, sun beds with an umbrella and 2.5 euros per sunbed. An ice cream man is coming to the beach! There is a cafe where the food is inexpensive and very tasty. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant, 5+ meals! The breakfasts are delicious, a large selection, very tasty waffles with chocolate. There is always a large selection for lunch and dinner. Near the hotel there is a souvenir shop, many cafes. We love this hotel very much!

Like it. The staff is quite responsive. A Russian-speaking Nerenga girl works at the reception, who, at the request, changed the room, because we were first accommodated in the second building, and my mother has sore joints and it's hard to walk to the dining room, pool and sea, gave us the opportunity to look and choose other rooms. The pool is warm. The sea is close and warm. The beach is sandy. The bottom of the sea and the entrance are mostly sandy with large rocks at a depth over which you can swim. The food is good and varied. Breakfast and dinner indoors with a barbecue or on the terrace. Lunch is served in a summer outdoor cafe. The disadvantage, in my opinion, is that drinks are not freely available in the evening, but must be ordered by the waiter. And at lunch, a small salad bar, which is quickly emptied, and drinks, as well as hot dishes, must also be ordered separately. There is no buffet at lunch. But from 10 to 18 there is a bar along with the pool, where for all-inclusive (we had it like that) there is a fairly large selection of used alcoholic and children's cocktails, sweet and plain water, coffee and coffee drinks. The rooms are cleaned every day, but stupidly: they will not take away dirty towels, but they will add clean ones, then they will put 10 shampoos and gels, or they will not react for 3 days. The room has a kettle, coffee and sugar bags and cream in mini jars. If you don't remind me, they may forget to top it up. The linen is not changed every day, but there is no special need for this. They are changed about once every 3-4 days. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable enough. The rooms are of different sizes. We have seen three options. The large and medium ones had two more armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a small refrigerator, a TV, a table with 3 drawers. There is a loggia and a plastic table and two armchairs on it. And a collapsible mini swimsuit hanger.

We are resting here now, if you can call it a vacation. August 2021.
We did the wrong thing by agreeing to a 4-bed room instead of 2 2-bed rooms. Fall for your pool. Today is the 5th day and the linen was changed only on the bed, the sofa with a small couch was not touched.
The food is varied, but not tasty. Of course, it's hard to stay hungry, but we didn't even like the fruits.
We can't sign up for ala kart on the 3rd day. Although we were told to come at 9, we will sign you up, but we will leave without ala cards. You need to enter the dining room in a mask. I went in without because I was waiting for a friend to bring a bag with a mask (the test was already negative at that moment), opened the tray to take food, so the employee snatched this tray from me and asked me to put on a mask. I understand if he had just asked me to do it, but this gesture turned me away from this country forever.
The cocktails are delicious, but if you approach them more than 2 times, they get annoyed and pour alcohol into them so that they either tip you or stop walking.
The pool area has not been cleaned for us even once.
Sea. Everything is covered in algae, you swim like in a garbage can. A sunbed with an umbrella costs 5.5 euros, that is, if you lie down together, then prepare 7.5 euros, and you for this dirty sea.
4 years ago we were at the River Rock Hotel and we really liked it, and here we are looking forward to going home.
I'm definitely not coming back here.
Oh, and one more thing: The air conditioners don't WORK. A technician was called, and he said: we have such an air conditioning system. As a result, we swam in cold water to cool down and fall asleep.

The food is good. The number of rooms is one building for the highway and the construction site. Sun loungers on the shoreline. But we went to another beach for 5 minutes.it's cleaner and bigger. But as usual, if not everyone includes dinner without any liquid. They asked us to move, we had a view of the highway, they offered it over the kitchen. Even worse, the cars arrive at 6:00.

The hotel does not pull on its 4 stars and it is very sad ( the door handle was shaking, that from a slight push the door would just open itself, the floors were not washed in the room , only towels were changed and swept ((( we had to collect garbage from the floor and hair ourselves !!! Unfortunately, the bed was not changed either, we had to take everything off and throw it on the floor to make a clean bed (( !!! The kitchen is very good, the food was delicious, I was very surprised that drinks were provided for free only in the morning, at lunch and dinner I had to take it at my own expense (( !!! another minus is that there was no safe in the room, it was on the reception and cost 2 euros a day, which was expensive (beach towel too it cost 2 euros ,sun beds and an umbrella for 2.5 euros (((I really liked the beach, the sand is gorgeous, the water is crystal clear, we had a place like a lagoon and the water was calm))))) the Wi-Fi worked very well that it even caught on the beach, which was extremely surprising) This is a big plus!!! Since I went in early November, the sea was not so warm, but it was possible to swim, even sometimes I did not want to get out of the water, by the end of the vacation I found out that there is a warm pool in our hotel, I learned from the guide , they did not even deign to inform me about it at the reception (the pool is cold, there is heating, but very weak, I froze and went to bask on the beach ((( the Russian-speaking girls at the reception are not very sociable , they just snapped at many of our questions, once again I did not even want to approach (in general, the hotel is not bad, there are pros and cons)) Have a nice rest for everyone 😊

Dinner is a buffet, but all drinks and water are paid, from 1 euro.In the morning, a buffet breakfast and drinks are free. The cozy territory of the hotel. The sea is nearby, clean, beryuzovoe and warm.We were here on October 29th. The beach is clean, there are changing rooms, toilet, shower . Sun beds and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach. The view from the room is beautiful, on the sea.

I liked the hotel (it was old, but clean)
Cleaning was done every day
There were several shortcomings like: a couple of times the plugs were knocked out, but the flap was right there in the room, the drain filter sometimes got stuck in the sink - they cleaned it completely, but the maids returned it to its place))
The food was very tasty
The sea is very close, the entry into the water is smooth
There was mud in the water, when there were strong waves, everything was OK in calm

The reception staff is not very friendly, except for one who does not speak Russian, she is friendly. The man at the reception communicated terribly, did not say hello when we greeted him, did not answer questions. When we left the hotel, we had an early check-out and as breakfast we were given one slice of cupcake each - it's just ridiculous to be fed like this all your life, especially since we paid for breakfast. In general, this is the only thing that spoiled the rest in this hotel. On the plus side, thanks for the free tea and coffee bags in the room. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works well, the room is cleaned every day. At the reception, they communicate in Russian, except for one girl. Everything is clean and cozy, the Internet speed is acceptable.
