We specially went to a cafe across Minsk to taste a delicious freshly baked croissant with aromatic coffee. But they didn't find anything fresh...
the croissants were dense, cold, or they had all cooled down by one o'clock, or they were yesterday's. There has never been such a fragrant and pleasant feeling when breaking a fresh, crisp, still hot croissant.
We also had tart and pie with ricotta and pear. The dough of the tart, like that of the pie, is very hard, not crumbly and tender. Although the filling is delicious. But the dough spoils everything.
At the same time, the guys are doing great. We made cappuccino, one stronger, the other softer. The coffee is delicious.

Let's go to the pastry shop with Mom. I felt uncomfortable from the very beginning. The selection is really very large and beautiful. We ordered a salad with bulgur and Caesar roll. The salad turned out to be cold and tasteless. And the roll has a very flimsy pita bread, so everything fell on the plate. After the third bite, my mother began to feel sick and she did not finish eating it. Thank God the coffee was good, but it took longer to cook than the rest of the dishes. We thought that for such prices we would have a delicious snack, but it turned out the opposite. In general, if you don't like such eateries, then just don't come and spend a lot of money on waste.

In short:
– there is no waiter, the food is served on trays, in cardboard boxes
– there is no full-fledged food either, only pastries. Nothing sweet, unsweetened– if you're lucky. I had an oak croissant with cheese.
"The COFFEE IS DISGUSTING. It's like being at the train station from the cheapest vending machine.
– the staff does not greet you in French and are generally not friendly
- there is no lemon croissant and a flatbread for coffee on the menu either.
The only good thing is the location.

Among the wishes and suggestions, if Paul's work had started at least 15 minutes earlier - at 7.45, then there would have been much more visitors in the morning. From the point of view of sales, little will change for Paul, they are buying up everything that is on display and without postponing the opening time, from the point of view of those who go to work by 8, it would be nice.
