The whole family would like to express our gratitude to the agency for organizing excursions! Everything is clear, understandable, professional! We contacted the manager 2 weeks before arrival in Pattaya. I am a travel agent myself, meticulous to the details and minutiae, it was important to me that the vacation was unforgettable. The manager patiently answered all my 1001 questions)) Thank you for your patience! I want to say a special huge thank you to our Thai guide Maxim (unfortunately, I do not remember his real name). We went to Khao Kheo Park with him and it was the most fun excursion of my life))) Maxim spoke Russian well, joked a lot and was really funny (we were laughing) He told me a lot of details about communicating with animals that a Russian guide who has lived in Russia all his life would not have told. After walking around the park and listening to the Russian guides, we realized that we were VERY lucky to have a Thai)) Russian guides are more serious, and our Maxim charmed us with his spontaneity, vivacity, and enthusiasm. He sang Russian songs, showed how penguins dance on them, talked to monkeys, and they talked back to him. I definitely recommend the Khao Kheo Zoo!

I want to leave a review about the excursion to the Khao Kheo Zoo.
The organization is good! The shuttle arrived even a little earlier. Maxim-our guide is very cool! He answered all the questions and told a lot of interesting things. I was very surprised by the information about the tapir and the game:Guess what family he 's from 😅
I especially want to highlight the island of lemurs. You need to go to the zoo, if only because of them!
The lunch was very tasty 😋

We went to the Lost World, the Colosseum show, and Nong Nooch Park. There are no questions about the first two at all, everything was fine. But we need to warn you that in the lost world, overweight people simply won't get up even on the first route. Because of such a woman, the guide had to shorten the route. She would never climb waterfalls at all, and she was just sitting on a bench. We definitely need to warn you about this, that everyone should be physically prepared for us.
But I didn't understand anything about the park at all....I'll warn you right away that the garden is sooo beautiful and if you are overweight or have unhealthy and strong legs, then it's better to take a taxi yourself, otherwise you will run after the guide and catch up with her throughout the tour. We stopped to take a picture, but we've already fallen behind. For each location 10 min. Only by the end of the story did half of the group pull up to the location. They didn't understand what was going on at all. And I'll tell you about lunch separately. They brought me to a large buffet restaurant with only Chinese people. They gave me 30 minutes. There are no trays. That is, you take a plate, break through a crowd of people and serve yourself something. And if you want vegetables, go in the same circle again, tea is the same. It took 10 minutes to collect the food, we sit down to eat and ABSOLUTELY everything is incredibly spicy - even rice. I had to go in a second round and take just white rice and chicken. All kinds of cabbage, fried rice, herbs, and meat are spicy. We left ourselves, gagged, and didn't even have time to drink tea before the waiters swooped in and kicked us out, Taking all the dishes from under our hands, because the next group was already standing. They were already chewing on the move. I asked the guide, what did she say? Is this your first time here? Why didn't I tell you at the entrance that if you don't eat spicy food, take only white rice and chicken with vegetables. Yesterday we took an excursion from you and moved coolly at a comfortable pace, ate quietly and went home. And here, if I had known, I would have gone on my own.

I was with my husband for 3 weeks in Pattaya, bought a total of 8 excursions. There were only positive impressions, good organization, customer orientation at the level. Even after a not very successful excursion to Bangkok, after our feedback, we tried to solve the situation during the tour, after we made a good discount, as compensation for the nerves. In general, they did not leave in trouble.
For 8 excursions, we found out that the prices are the lowest in all of Pattaya 😉
So, we recommend Pattaya Tours and we will contact you again, on a repeat visit

We took a Quiet Paradise tour!
We went with my wife and were very satisfied with all the activities that took place during the tour. The early ascent and the long road are the only drawbacks, but all the positive emotions received cover this minor disadvantage.
Special thanks to the guide Anatoly, he tells and shows very interestingly, you can fill him up with questions about Thailand and besides, he knows the answer to everything.

Advice to all those who went to Thailand for the first time!
Do not believe your tour guides (it was biblio globus for us) that you buy, they are all aimed not at the quality of your vacation but at ripping off money from you)) We lost two days on this;(
We turned to Pattaya tours and had a great rest. We took several Tours: show 69, Samed island, Bangkok, military beach + advised us to go to Koh Lan. As a result, these were the most vivid and impressionable emotions from the whole trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay, you are the best!!!!!!!

We went to Cambodia with my husband in 2023, and in 2024 we repeated the trip with a large group of friends. (7 people)

In April, we had a vacation with a colleague in Pattaya. Excursions were booked at the Pattaya Tours agency. It's not the first time I've used the services of this agency. A big plus is paying in cash on the spot, booking excursions online. We took 4 excursions. I really liked the trip to Bangkok in the evening, the guide Mikhail was just conquered-very competent, with a well-delivered speech, who perfectly consecrated the history of Thailand, the royal family and much, much more, we listened without stopping, in detail, interestingly answered all our questions, As always, the excursion to Kwai conquered, went for the third time, but how there are always a lot of emotions and positive impressions! I really liked the punctuality and comfort of the cars that picked us up. Before traveling to Thailand, I found the number of a travel agency on the Internet. The reviews were not bad and I contacted WhatsApp at the specified number and asked for a price list. I wanted to compare it with the prices of street agencies. It turned out that Pattaya Tus in some excursions was either at the same price or cheaper. And since the reviews were good, we bought the tours from them. It is very convenient that you can pay in different ways: transfer online to a Russian card, at a more favorable rate than in exchangers, give cash when the bus arrives for you. We took the river Kwai (we were there for the first time 11 years ago), an erotic show 69. For 2 excursions you get a gift - a discount on the next one or a trip to a Military beach. That's what we chose. Then there was Discovery and Tiffany Shaw. Everything is very clear about the organization, we always arrived at the specified time, the transport is comfortable. You could choose a large bus or minibus to the River Kwai. Remembering our previous minibus trip, this time we took a large and comfortable bus, and we never regretted it. Another big plus, this did not happen before - during the trip, if you have little money, you can also transfer rubles online, and the Thai guide will give you cash in baht.
Among the disadvantages are guides, for whom this work is not the main one, a little strange presentation of information, although interesting. In general, I can safely recommend the agency.

We came to Pattaya for the first time, and to Thailand too. The excursion program was planned at home before departure. Upon arrival, it turned out that only Pattayaturs had what we were interested in. We took one tour - I liked it. And after that, almost immediately we painted ourselves the entire excursion route for the whole vacation. We really appreciated the fact that the guide never left us, constantly gave out information. The excursions were conducted on time, without changes. I sent my mother and was very worried that it would be difficult for her to relax in an unfamiliar country without knowing the language. But my mother returned from Pattaya with an unreal charge and enthusiastic stories about the excursions she visited. She visited Sabai Island, a Discovery tour, the Kwai River with an express train, discovered Kampuchea and was in Bangkok in the evening with a skyscraper with a glass floor. I fell for the fact that this agency is cheaper than the others.
The first tour I booked was postponed. Moreover, they took us from the hotel and took us on an excursion, but on the way they found out that not all participants would be able to go (someone got sick there) and they told us that it was not economically profitable to go and took us back to the hotel. Then I booked this tour at another agency and they already took me there as expected.
And unfortunately, I had another excursion to Pattaya Tours booked, usually the night before they write at what time they will pick you up the next day, and usually this happens from 21:00-22:00, the time on the clock was 22:30 no one writes to me, I wrote myself, to which they answer, that not all attractions can be visited (as it was explained to me that some will be closed) and that they are trying to change the program so that it takes place
As a result, they write to me at 23:30 that nothing can be changed and the tour is canceled altogether, I ask them for some alternative, because at 12 a.m. I myself will not be able to plan anything for the next day, they tell me that they cannot offer an alternative either
As a result, the next day I stay without excursions and the day falls out.
The question is, even if something was really closed, did they really find out about it only at 23:00 pm???
I assume that it was economically unprofitable to drive again, because few people gathered)))))
Disgusting agency, I do not advise.

In Thailand, 7 times already, I used the tour desks on the street, this time I decided to search the Internet for reviews and did not make a mistake with the choice. Upon arrival, I compared prices at agencies on the street and was surprised that prices in Pattaya Tours are the same and even something cheaper (Princess Island is cheaper) Even more captivating was the fact that the manager was a Russian girl, she communicated both during the day and late at night. I wrote my wishes for departure late in the evening, and my reservation was confirmed almost instantly. It was reported: what time is the departure, what to take with you, how much money to give to the driver. We talked on Whatsapp. Any calculation is accepted, even dollars, even baht, even rubles, even by transfer from a savings card in rubles, the exchange rate was considered a little even higher than in TT exchangers. Plus, it's huge that these excursions are not delivered to stores!!!! We took excursions to Kwai, Bangkok, military beach, nong nooch Park, Alcazar show, x-show, Khao Kheo Park, Princess Island. I kept waiting for a trick as a performance of excursions, but I never found it. I have been on all these excursions and more than once, I went for friends, so there is something to compare it with, everything is at the highest level!!! There was a surprise for us on the river Kwai (they gave us the keys to the rooms on the water and said that a surprise was waiting for us. And the surprise has happened! The rooms were new SUITES, huge high beds, tea and coffee, refrigerator, huge plasma TV. Everything is new, new, wood trim, stylish like that. In addition to the shower in the room, there was a gorgeous oval bathtub behind a glass wall on the street. That is, you can take a bath, admiring the river and the jungle, the chirping of birds and everything else beautiful. This whole area on the water is fenced off from the eyes. Hammock to swing in silence). The guides are funny, great guys. And the Thai Russian-speaking guides were especially fascinated, and they sang songs and entertained.!I recommend taking only excursions from Pattaya Tours!!!!

When planning excursions in Thailand, we were guided by the price list of this company. When we arrived, we listened to the instructions of the hotel guide, with whom we were unlucky specifically, and realized that only Pattaya Tours has a suitable program for Bangkok. At first, it was a little confusing that there was no physical office and only online, but everything turned out to be quite convenient. Have you contacted Nellie? According to Viber, she answered all our questions, even those not related to excursions, and helped with the timing of trips. We decided to take everything at once that we had planned, the two-day river Kwai, the "wonders" of Bangkok and the island. According to the promises, a super guide was supposed to take us to the river Kwai, but it turned out that the guide was not just super, but superduper. Maxim (Valerievich) tried very hard and it was clear that he not only loves his job, but is also directly interested in everyone in the group having a good rest. He gave a lot of useful and interesting information, he is an open, pleasant person who knows how to interact with people. At the same time, he manages not to be intrusive. Having experience of trips to Kwai with a less involved guide, I will say that Maxim is doing the second half of this trip. The rest is done by Tai and nature and elephants)) The trip was well organized in general, they arrived for us earlier than the scheduled time, but they called the room, everything was fine. The hotel on Kwan was modest but pleasant, all the employees involved tried their best. Of course, it would be possible to give more time in the temple of the Tiger, but this is how we find fault. The trip is not an easy walk, full of activity and impressions. We liked it. We were also taken to Bangkok earlier than the scheduled time, but we were warned in advance. The program also seemed good to us. We wanted to see the temples and the skyscraper from the observation deck, the "miracles" suited us perfectly. The Thai guide New was very nice and showed us how to take predictions in temples, how to do all sorts of rituals for good luck and so on. Lunch was just great at the hotel restaurant. We're not even that tired. We still have a visit to the island. But we are already very glad that we have chosen Pattaya Tours.)))

I wrote a review on their website, BUT it has not been published!!!! Accordingly, they do not need truthful reviews. So, I repeat once again ...
in April 2019, we took an excursion to Nong Nooch through the website. For each such miracle it cost 550 baht.
As it is written on the website, for this price they "give" a transfer, a park and 2 shows (folklore and elephants).
On the bus, the guide Oleg said that not everyone has a show included in the program, but those who wish can pay another 100 baht per person and everything will be fine))
They brought us to the park, the guide handed out tickets, and everyone passed the turnstiles. And then Oleg just takes away our legitimate ticket, if you want a show, buy it back.
We didn't argue, because there was no Internet to poke the bastard's nose into the phone. But the mood was spoiled.
Upon arrival at the hotel, having received access to WiFi, we immediately wrote to the seller. Special thanks to him, because he returned 100 baht for each back.
