We were in Pattaya for the first time. The first coastline, there is a water park (but it is paid). The food is ordinary, the rooms are good, with a free safe. There is an air conditioner. A small refrigerator. Tea, coffee and water are brought in every day. Ryl-soap only shampoo and shower gel. Toilet paper is terrible (it's better to take it with you). There are two swimming pools on site. Lots of greens and lots of proteins.
Plus, this hotel is visible from afar. If you suddenly get lost (as was the case with my husband and me), then you can navigate the tower and walk.

Excellent location of the hotel. Everything is close: Russian street, night market, 7/11, beach, massages and everything you need.
It's also not far from the bus stop, but we used taxis and motorbike taxis - cheap, fast, and convenient through the Bolt app.
Spacious room with a balcony and sea view. Cleaning every day and water change.
The reception staff will always help. You can communicate through a translator on your phone.
The breakfasts are normal. There are always many options for scrambled eggs, toast, sausages, pasta, rice, vegetables, fruits and even soup)
