It's a good place. We lived for 2 months. Quiet, peaceful, 3 minutes walk to the beach. The complex has attractions for children, an aqua zone. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery, local squirrels. In short, we personally enjoyed our time.

A taxi from the hotel to the pier costs 73-80 baht, if you are alone on a bike for 35 cheaper .
The main nuance is that sand gnats are biting this year , not to be confused with fleas .There is a remedy in the pharmacy that helps. I will never go to this hotel again. The breakfasts are terrible. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The administration is not making contact. I forgot the trimmer in the room. I wrote to them the next day asking them to give the trimmer to my friend. They unsubscribed to check it out and stopped contacting us. They just stopped responding. I think this attitude towards clients is just terrible. I came here 2 times. After this incident, not a foot.
And I came because the prices at the hotel are super cheap. Next time, I'll charge 10 percent more expensive, but the hotel will be better and more modern.

I'll give you 5 stars for the location. We were in Thailand for the first time. I chose the hotel carefully so that it was convenient to get to everything. This is the best hotel in the middle segment. If you like it more expensive, then the choice is different. This one is of course 3 stars. But It is on the beach, near 2 shops and a grocery market. Now the hotel is open only in the tower, the second building is closed for reconstruction. Of course, the building itself requires repair, rather even renovation, inside it looks like some kind of dam))). But the rooms are normal and clean, cleaned every day. There is a refrigerator, kettle, safe, WiFi, no money was deposited. There is no closet, only shelves and hangers, but everything suits us. Large balcony with sun beds. Everyone had a sea view, we had a side view. Breakfast is so-so, everything is the same every day, but it's everywhere. Eggs of all kinds, sausages, potato pancakes, pancakes, porridges and cereals, chopped vegetables, watermelon and pineapple, tea and coffee. There was also a table with their dishes, there were fish, meat, rice - but it was not possible for me to eat, it was very spicy))).
But then there are advantages. There is a gym, two pools, the usual ones without slides, the water was a little cold. The hotel is located on the seashore, you pass through a water park with pools and you are on the beach. Clean sand. We got into a period when it was stormy a lot, so the water at the entrance is not very clean, the sand is up and all sorts of fish and garbage are nailed. But you pass the first wave and there is a perfect clear sea. You can take paid sun beds, but we didn't take them, we just lay on a towel. There is a volleyball court nearby, there are homemade kettlebells, barbells, bars, you can work out right on the shore. A car with fruits passes by, they are cheaper there than in the market. The hotel has a 200 baht water park, 3 slides and many pools. There was a storm, we had a great time here. There are several rides, roller coasters, free fall, chain. There is also a monorail, rides around the territory, cool sea views and a water park, in my opinion 100 baht. You can also climb to the observation deck of the 500 baht tower, and descend from it in a booth, bungee or in an open booth for two. A child under 45 kg can only be in a booth. You can have lunch or dinner at the restaurant at the top of the tower. It will cost 700 baht buffet.
There are 2 shops nearby on 7/11. Like our five-year-olds. And most importantly, there is a market nearby with fruits and seafood, which are prepared right here. Everyone is coming here, but we are right next to it. I started working around 15. Fruits at normal prices, then bought at home. We ate all kinds of fish and seafood that were cooked in front of you. Everything is very tasty and not expensive. Nothing hurt, problems with the gastrointestinal tract did not begin))) There is also a market nearby with things, cosmetics and souvenirs that anyone needs. There is a street nearby with all kinds of massage parlors, excursions and cafes. The prices are excellent. There are currency exchanges. They changed rubles, and it was also possible to transfer to a Russian card, and they gave baht. And in many shops and tour bureaus, they simply transferred rubles to a Russian card at the average exchange rate. The course was 1-2.64.
From the hotel we walked to the Big Buddha, the observation deck, to the port where boats and ferries depart to the islands, and also reached Volkin Street, about 30-40 minutes.
