Only access to the sea and paid sunbeds for 100 dietary supplements, there is nothing more to catch! We settled 4 people (two small children) in one bed , moved in 3 days , the staff does not want to understand anything and did not want to! The constant noise of karaoke of our songs and Drunk people, the rooms are old and dead! Breakfast for one time, it 's better to buy it in the store! Definitely not recommended

The location is super. It was posted quickly. The room on the 22nd floor with a sea view is large and spacious. Feeling after the repair. Two bottles of water every day,soap,shampoo,gel every day. There is a big disadvantage- food😭😭😭It is better to take a trip without food. I can honestly say you won't die of hunger, but what they cook is not to respect yourself as a cook (baking is hard, juices are chemical, hot-chopped bones-it's a shame.

We stay at this hotel 3 times, at least in 2020, in February. What has changed in 3 years. Almost everything has been restored. The grocery market is open at 90%, the clothing market at 60%. This year they settled for the first time in a new building, which is without a tower. At first we were upset, somehow it's more familiar, but in the new one it's even better, so it seemed to me. Breakfast is from 6.00 to 11.00. The European menu is almost the same every day, Thai varies by 50%. The menu includes fried eggs, omelette, pasta, stewed beans, chicken sausages (they didn't come to me), but excellent beef, pastries, jams, pineapples and watermelons from fruits, very ripe and sweet. Sauces, tea, coffee, some fruit drinks (juice can not be called). In general, no one will be hungry for food for sure! 2 swimming pools, one in the building with a tower and one on the street, both are "good". The sea is definitely not Egypt, but a 5-minute walk, warm, but not very clean. Sun beds are paid 100 baht, sedentary 40 baht. Pestering sellers go around, but not very intrusively. You can safely buy peeled pineapples, all sorts of baubles and souvenirs, bargain and 30% of the mines will be dropped. The water park is open, you bring friends from China there, it's very noisy and pleasant, it's better to visit on weekdays, the cost is 200 baht for the whole day. Clean, slides, fountains, everything works. At the moment, the territory was cleaned there 2 months ago, but the hotel is in demand only among Russian tourists according to the offers of tour operators...I wouldn't recommend it....location to transport..The sea is close!!! A good hotel for 3*! Cleaning is daily. We lived in a room on the 18th floor (although we had to pay 1000 rubles allegedly for an improved version of the room). Everything is clean, there are no living creatures. Half board is as follows: breakfast at the hotel, dinners in the revolving restaurant on the 52nd floor of the tower. The food is decent! There is a good market nearby, where you can eat and have fun, and get dressed if necessary. There is a wonderful guy working in one of the outdoor cafes on the market territory, whose name is Maxim (it is not known for sure if his real name is). Very tasty tom yam (don't tear out your eyes like everywhere else!). He always talks and helps. They got sick, Maxim took them to the pharmacy on his moped and wanted to buy medicines himself, they barely persuaded him not to pay) If you are going to relax there, look for his cafe with a large flag of the Russian Federation!

I had a rest from March 13 to March 23, 2023. The hotel is no longer 3*, but 2*. I am poorly prepared after the pandemic. Towels and bed linen are gray, they have not been changed for 10 nights. When entering the room, they swept it, even the floors were not washed. There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste, no bottle opener, no spoons. The breakfasts are meager. The hotel grounds are in a sad state, dirty, and not green. In 2018, it was possible to give the hotel a solid 4*. But now it is clear that the hotel is not prepared in any way. During the pandemic, I think it was possible to prepare the hotel for the arrival of tourists, at least to update the bed linen and towels... I put 2 * I will not take this hotel anymore. Not worth the stated price.

There are bags of garbage and clay on the beach, 50 meters away - they expanded the beach, but did not finish it. They had to pour sand on top. We bought a package of three attractions for 300 baht per person.
