The ward has a kitchenette, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, TV, safe. I was given a hospital suit, a set of bed linen and towels, and there was a sofa in the room where I slept. I could freely enter and exit at any time from 6.00 to 22.00. No one looked at me askance or shouted, like: "visiting hours are over!"or "put the bag in the stroller and leave!"

We applied for insurance at this hospital. The two-year-old daughter had a temperature of 41 . The doctors examined and took tests. The diagnosis is covid with 2-sided pneumonia. Hospitalization for 3 nights and 4 days . There were three of us (me, my husband, my child) and we were placed in the same room without complaints. The room is spacious: a sofa , a bed , a dining area , a bathroom, a refrigerator. A fresh set is brought every day : different teas , coffee , and water . In the bathroom there are individual hygiene kits (brush, paste, comb, gel, shampoo, body lotion). They were given clean towels and hospital pajamas (for the child and parents). Cafe menu meals, Thai, Russian, European cuisine (mashed potatoes, chicken cutlets, rice porridge, chicken noodle soup). Our meals were included in the insurance. Pediatrician's rounds 2 times a day. An interpreter is in touch by phone. You listen to the doctor and ask your questions. The nurses came every hour or two (temperature, medications, etc.). There is a bell in the ward, pressing which the nurse comes for any reason: to give a password from the WiFi, order food, change clothes. They are very kind and courteous . They will calm both the adult and the child. Even at night, we went to measure temperature and saturation every 3 hours. Medicines were given if necessary. The ivs were carefully connected without waking the child. The hospital is clean, cleaning once a day. They gave us a bag of medicines for further treatment and told us how and what to take. The disk was given an X-ray for a doctor in Russia and an extract . The treatment was released at 45,500 Baht.

The hospital is good, there is an interpreter, the process is organized, they meet you from the doorstep and take you wherever necessary. The staff is friendly and qualified.
Very long queues. We came by appointment at 18.30. We waited for an hour. Our translators are also good. When I signed up, there were two translators, they said that one of them would definitely be there. As a result, when the queue approached, it turned out that there were no translators. I had to leave🙄
I was there this year, I almost died because there is no confirmation of insurance yet, they do not provide any help. Then the service and treatment are very good.
