Great hotel!)
Large rooms, high-quality cleaning, comfortable bed, dark curtains, 2 chairs and a table on the balcony.
The breakfast is excellent, quite varied with a separate area for vegetarians.
2 swimming pools on the ground, a very beautiful green area, fish in an improvised pond!
3 exits from the hotel: to the sea, to Bangla and to the second street to the 7-11 store
There's not even anything to complain about!)

We had a rest in January . The hotel is cool, cleaned every day, all the accessories in the hotel are there (paste, razor, comb, shampoo, body lotion, gel. The breakfasts were on fire, there was everything, even miso soup, and they served lobster in sauce. We didn't live in the main building, but in two-story houses, very nice rooms. The sea is 5 minutes (which is not a little important, the beach is good with a swimming area, since in other places you can either go further or boats), Bangla is 10 minutes from another gate, and the third exit to the city. I read the reviews before choosing a hotel and I fully join them! It's a great hotel, the room (we had a deluxe suite on the 4th floor) has everything you need - bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, gel, cream, toothbrush, comb, machine. Tea-coffee- water 0.5 every day...) The windows overlooked the pool, and it was quiet when they were closed... The maids, of course, are lazy - they'll forget to put towels on, then soap... But this is not critical, the floors seem to have been slightly swept ...(towels, by the way, were changed every day) breakfasts : 3 types of fruits, Indian, European cuisine - no one was left hungry for sure. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10.30.. Very convenient location : the beach, Bangla, shops are all within walking distance, exchangers take dollars,rubles, in stores you can use a union pay card (at least 200 baht in 7/11) the hotel guide Irina- unobtrusively and professionally told everything, showed, helped (we had a precedent), as she is always in touch, an excellent specialist, thank you to her!

The perfect location!!
A decent hotel
Everything is within walking distance: shopping center, makashnitsa, pharmacies, shops, maximum 5 minutes to the sea.
Cleaning at the hotel every day. Snow-white towels and linen, the room is clean and huge. The breakfasts are great too.
Choose this hotel and you won't regret it.

Solid 4 ka, hotel on line 1, good location, in the evening you can hear sounds from Bangla road, the sea is nearby, 7 ka shop, nice territory, swimming pool, and a small Jacuzzi, breakfast is varied, delicious, there is really no porridge, as in Turkey and cottage cheese. Nice hotel. I liked everything. It consists of a main building, 7 floors, and 3 buildings of 2 floors each. 2 swimming pools. The territory is well maintained and green. Friendly and attentive staff. The dining room is very large, there is enough space for everyone. The food is varied, there are vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, pastries. There is a vegetarian menu.
The rooms have a refrigerator, kettle, TV (we didn't watch it), tea and sugar were added every day. Cleaning was done every day.
A big plus of the hotel is its location, in the very center of Patong. Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, markets. The beach is 3 minutes away. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We lived here from March 9 to March 19, 2024. I really liked the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, good air conditioning, safe, large bed, comfortable mattress, lots of pillows)) Cleaned every day, the hotel gives "compliments": water, coffee, tea, a small comb, razor, cotton swabs, toothbrushes, cap, body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, napkins. The room has a kettle, mugs, glasses, mini fridge, hair dryer (it's better to take your own if you want to dry your hair, very weak), bathrobes and slippers, you can ask for an iron, they will give you an hour. On the balconies there are chairs, a table and a place where you can dry your things. Our window overlooked the hotel parking lot, there was no noise from Bangla Road; the only one who could be heard was a bar with live music located in the next building from the hotel, there were concerts every night, my husband was fast asleep - they did not interfere, I used earplugs, slept normally.
The staff is very hospitable, polite, smiling. Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel. Very tasty breakfasts, a million different dishes to suit your taste: fish, meat, chicken, sausages, ham, cheese, various vegetable dishes, rice dishes, soups, egg dishes are cooked with you, a lot of vegetables, herbs, fruits, bread, pastries, tea, different types of coffee, juices. It's hard to stay hungry))
The territory of the hotel is gorgeous! Big, green, lots of photo zones and various beautiful little things that please the eye. 2 swimming pools, 1 of them with a bar. Pool towels are provided by the pool, beach towels were taken at the reception.
The hotel is located in the heart of Patong, 5 minutes from two huge shopping malls, 15 minutes from Banzaan market and the night market at it. At the exit of the hotel there is a 24-hour 7/11 and many, many different tents and cafes. The beach is 3 minutes away.
There are restaurants and bars on the 8th floor.
It was great for us here! Comfortable, beautiful, delicious and safe! Thanks to all the staff)

I really liked the hotel! Friendly staff! They try to help in everything! Nice rooms. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Excellent breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves, you will definitely not stay hungry! Well, the location is just a fairy tale! Patong Beach is 2 minutes away. Bangla Road is 2 minutes away. 7 eleven 1 minute. I definitely recommend it!

A wonderful hotel! Solid 4*. The staff reacts instantly! The breakfast buffet is slightly monotonous, but these are breakfasts. The hotel is located in the very heart of Phuket in Patong. If you want a relaxing holiday, you are not here! The rooms are good. We bought a superion, but settled in a Deluxe room. There are umbrellas, bathrobes, slippers. They give 0.5 water per person every day. The tea set is replenished daily, as well as a set of bathroom accessories: cotton swabs, a shower cap, a shaving machine and disposable brushes with toothpaste. Shampoo, shower gel and body cream are not individually packaged, but in large bottles. The sea is 5 minutes away. The beach is wonderful! Sun beds are paid - 100 baht. Beach towels are provided at the reception. Pool towels are available by the pool. Lunch box can be ordered for early excursions. The deposit for the room is $ 100. Cleaning the room every day, chocolates do not help to improve the quality of cleaning. There are no mosquitoes! The hotel's territory is being treated for insects. They broke a glass, took 50 baht upon eviction. There is a safe in the room, a refrigerator, a hairdryer and a TV without Russian channels. In general, I recommend the hotel!

We had a rest in February-March 2024, the room was on the ground floor right in front of a large swimming pool. The room is great, big and clean. There was always shade on the veranda, we drank tea, immediately went to the pool and back to the veranda. It is very green, beautiful and well maintained. There are 3 exits from the hotel: the first to Banglo Road, the second to the beach and the third to the 2nd street where Ceylon and the Center and then to the night market. The breakfasts are excellent: tea, coffee, lots of pastries, pat thai, bacon, pork, chicken, omelette, lots of fruits and juices. The staff was smiling, polite, cleaned the room quickly and not noticeably, they did not leave tips. The pool was 2.8 m deep, and it was possible to jump and swim, just unnerving German tourists. It's expensive for the price, they took about 100 rubles for two for 11 nights, but it was worth it. There is an open restaurant on the 8th floor of the main building, you can order dinner at 6.35 pm at sunset, it's very beautiful, but we just went up and took pictures and went to a street cafe for dinner. Patong beach in February was pleased with the clear clear water, we took 2 sunbeds with an umbrella 200 baht. Then, after March 5, the water began to turn green and bloom, there was no point in taking sunbeds, we rested on the pool at the hotel.

We had a rest in December 2023, we really liked the location, despite the proximity to Bangla Road, there was no music in the rooms, very friendly staff, well cleaned, daily water was given, 0.5 per person, even if they did not drink. The breakfasts are monotonous, but in general there was enough of everything, I did not get bored. I had a rest in January 2024. A neat and cozy hotel, very very close, literally 3-5 minutes to the beach. The staff is friendly, they will always help, even if you do not know the language, they will tell you everything from the translator... Decent 3*... Breakfast was always replenished, and maybe not too huge an assortment, but quite enough. all entertainment events are within walking distance. I recommend it!!!!!!!!

We had a rest in January 2024. First, they moved into the building opposite the main one on the ground floor. The room was quite tired, the balcony was overlooking the parking lot, due to the presence of tinted windows, it is basically not visible from the street what is happening in the room. But at night, if you turn on the light in the room, everything is perfectly visible. On the ground floor there is a through passage to the pools, which is why it is very noisy there, screaming people do not let you sleep at night. They asked to change the room and were given the 3rd building, 2nd floor. This room is fresher, less tired and there is no noise. Breakfast is the same every day, you can find something to eat.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there are exits to the beach, there is a private gate leading to Bangla road. Nearby is jangseylon.
The sun beds on the pool are also tired, pinned down, some dirty. But there are always free sun beds by the pool.
On the 8th floor there is a restaurant with an observation deck overlooking the surrounding area. From 18-20 there are happy hours - cocktails for 100 baht.

Good afternoon! We are currently staying at this hotel on January 6, 2024. The hotel is good, the location is excellent:
1. there is an exit to the second street - on the way, as the transfer brings, (massage, pharmacies, shops), passing to the left 400 m there will be shopping centers;
2. (if you stand with your back to the entrance to the main building) to the left through the arch connecting to the highest hotel, access to the sea. There are 5 massage parlors within 100 m. I liked Diva massag, it's the last one from our hotel. The price of Thai massage (for the whole body) is 350 baht, foot massage is 250 baht. The massage rooms are cozy, the linen is clean. The prices are some of the cheapest. They wash their feet from the sand after the sea.
3. if you go through the second building under the arch and keep to the left along the path along the pool, everything is straight ahead, the door with bars is in front, the door opens with a card from the room, exit to Banglo Row (where all traffic is in the evening).
One disadvantage of this hotel is the check-in after 14-00, it is useless to accelerate them. Therefore, in order not to waste half a day, you can change your clothes and go to the sea. You just leave your bags by the sofas, no one will take them, but be sure to take your documents and money with you. The hotel staff does not speak Russian, so if you don't speak well, use an online translator. Most of the hotel's residents are Europeans.
Beach towels are provided in the main building at the reception, the very first counter to the exit. Pool towels are provided by the pool, building two (2-storey building).
The rooms are good, it depends on the mood with which you are going to relax. The reception can change the room if available. The rooms have: towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, regular comb, ear sticks, body cream (it helps a lot after sunburn), shampoo, shower gel, slippers, bathrobes, safe (you take the key at the reception), daily drinking water.
The dining room is located where the pool of the main building is.
A SIM card can be purchased at any street travel agency.

The location relative to the sea is good. But the proximity to Bangla Road leaves its mark. Since sliding windows conduct sound well, prepare for the fact that loud music will be heard every night for up to 3-4 hours.
Especially on the north side of the building. The quality of the apartments varies greatly. One was "killed" so much that we were shocked by what we saw. When booking remotely, you won't see this. There are often large dead cockroaches in the corridors on the floor. The rooms were not noticed. The pool is very small, it is located across the path and few people use it. In general, apart from the sea view, there is nothing good in these apartments.

How to go to the beach on the road right at the exit from the hotel there are massage parlors and they do not charge much and massage is well done.
We stayed in the superior room by the pool, you can take a dip in the water at any time of the day) The pool water is warm and very pleasant.

The food is on the level, the food is of high quality, but....this is Thailand, not suitable for everyone., The alternative is a huge number of cafes for every taste. Shrimp or grilled fish right at the market-try it once and that's it… It is expensive and unsanitary. This is my opinion. We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. This is the first time in Thailand, so we will compare in the "fours" of other countries. There is no beach on the sea, but there are two steps to go. But there are wonderful pools, clean and chlorine-free, carefully maintained territory. The room is small, but everything is there, they cleaned every day, but periodically forgot to leave the water, then tea, then soap, after the request they quickly rehabilitated. The air conditioner worked very well, it was set up "uneasily", competently, it keeps the temperature well. They settled in quickly, without waiting for 14 hours, took a deposit, agreed to 5,000 rubles, and then returned it. The breakfasts are without frills, but we did not starve, there are no pastries like in Turkey, Egypt and European foursome, there are few fruits, cheese of only one variety, as well as sausage. Poor thing. The exits from the hotel to the city are good and convenient, there is a network operator like our pyaterochka nearby, the basic necessities are there. The staff is smiling and pleasant, although they do not know Russian yet. There are good and inexpensive cafes nearby on the road to the sea, they cook delicious. There are also many massage parlors, my wife and I chose a salon with a Triadvisor mark and the inscription no sex. I won't name it, but I liked it, once a Thai massage for 1 hour / 200 baht, then several back massages for 300 baht. Wife foot massage, pedicure, everything is good. On Bangla Road there is a fish market type on a rockadnaya street, everything is within walking distance, you choose fresh fish or other seafood, they are immediately cooked and served on the table, very tasty! We liked the sea bass, we took it several times, more than a kg, two were enough. They took 1.5 kg of lobster, during the conversation they reduced the price twice, to 600 baht per kg. The weather was sunny, without rain, in the evening we walked more than 10 thousand steps, but it was well tolerated, we never had a headache, we never coughed). We took four excursions from Pegasus, the prices were surprisingly lower than the market, but the hotel guide is slippery, not very pleasant, sugary, but it will not return the change, apparently it is accepted by Pegasus guides. The overall impression of the holiday is rather positive, the region was chosen by chance, it's just that at the beginning of March there is not much choice. If we go again, we do not exclude this hotel, although we liked it in the royal islands.
