So, I decided to write about the point on the Palazzo. So far, my experience with Patisserie has been good. I ate their signature pizza at the same point. Delicious. I tried dessert and coffee in the Green, and the service is good and the coffee and dessert itself are excellent. I had a good time. It's a good thing. I almost forgot, I went to them for their desserts mostly. They are delicious, the prices are above the market, of course, but as an alternative to Odis, who have few chocolate desserts left.
And now about not so much: I warn you right away, now we will talk about personnel and service.
Since this is a fairly premium segment at prices (raf for 9 rubles and cake for 12 rubles), you expect a good attitude. My family and I came to sit and specially went to them because of the dessert card. dishes. Dessert for 12 rubles and coffee were served on cardboard plates and in a cardboard cup... to be honest, no one even warned us that it would be like at the train station.
I chose a dessert (the price tag is attached right above the dessert), and then after a while they call me over and tell me that the prices are different. The staff confused the price tags over the desserts. It's okay, it happens to everyone, but the girl behaved as if it was my fault, and her face was one of those things. There were no polite apologies. Let's say. But we still remember about the focus on the premium segment, dear friends. if they had served me like that in fixprice, there would be no question at all. But they also smile at me in fixprice, can you imagine?
We go further in terms of quality. There are no questions about the cake or the cake, except that you have to try very hard not to drop them from the plate (they drive on the plate), the coffee issue. Now I want to add that I am a pro in coffee, especially in rafa, and I speak without excessive modesty. I drank it both in expensive coffee shops and in cheap ones. So, I suspect that either the management of the point is saving grain or the staff. The raf was a bit bitter.😂 this is a fiasco, I specifically charged for 9 rubles to enjoy the taste, but it turns out that the fixprice with a soapy tint of cream tastes better and is not as bitter. Oh yeah, try raf in the Odi. Chic sparkle and serve fire.
The father drank Americano, asked the girls for water. They said there was no water. You position yourself as a premium, but you don't have water... yes, there is no water supply to Americano, but hey, there is a thing called service. What will they do if a person orders an espresso? Will they pour water from the sink? In general, the taste was overwhelmed by the impression.
I don't recommend it, and I won't go there anymore.

I am very surprised by the pizza in this place.
The tortilla is very soft, it tastes like fresh bread.
Lots of juicy and delicious toppings. In the beginning, it seemed that the price was biting, considering how many ingredients there are in quantity, the price is excellent!
I haven't eaten something like this for a long time. I'm definitely a frequent guest here now. Polite, smiling staff. I would have given you 100 points if I had the opportunity

At these prices, the service and quality are terrible. The staff is impolite and unfriendly. Given that there were no customers, it was possible to at least say hello. They answered all the questions with a "what the hell are you doing here" expression. They didn't tell me that half of the pizzas were out of stock. Food and coffee are served in paper cups!!! Although you'd expect dishes for that kind of money, at least. There is no filling in the pizza. Very simple for the money. The pizza is small. Making pizza spicy with tabasco sauce is not a good solution. Then a person cannot regulate the acuity.

Of course, the dough may be specific to other pizzerias, but that's why it's author's. Yes, of course, maybe not everyone likes it. But damn, the pizza is delicious, yes it is made in its own way, as in other places, but this is not a reason to draw such conclusions. The price is certainly such, it makes you think. But damn, if you want something new, then pay what you say. Especially if it's not a pizzeria that's on every corner. I think that the guys need to develop and just bring all their gaps to mind and their pizza has every chance to be heard by everyone.

In general, I didn't get drunk on the word at all.

The first and last time I ordered pizza here. The price tag is clearly too high for almost all positions, it's not worth it. The dough in the pizza is dry, the edges are so oaky that you can damage the palate, there is practically no filling, you eat like an ordinary bun.
