It's a great place, cozy, there is a cloakroom with staff, a spacious and cozy room, a toilet room is noteworthy: clean, a replaceable hygiene unit for the toilet, a bunch of accessories (hand cream, a roller for clothes, and much more). I'll lower my rating for: The pizza contained sausages, which surprised me for an Italian restaurant. There is smoking in the hall, but there is a children's room for non-smokers.

From the suggested set, the claimed pizza was like a ready-made store-bought one, not freshly prepared, hard as a rock, and the shrimp were overcooked to death. I can confidently say that I have never tasted pizza worse. At the same time, it was possible to see a completely different pizza serving from the chef on the Instagram page of the institution. I'm sorry, but the difference is obvious.

I have been coming to Gomel for a long time, I definitely visit this place, I always take barbecue pizza with branded hot butter, the best pizza I have tried in all establishments, I have tried other dishes, too, everything is fresh and delicious! Italian music is always playing as it should, a good children's corner, and a children's menu.

I couldn't help but write -> those people who value their time, money and mood should not visit such places! Just like in a restaurant of this type, any of us expects comfort, coziness (which gives relaxation) and, most importantly, more or less good cuisine, but something went wrong and ordered pizzas (if you can call them that) both my wife and I had the worst, no, not even that - the WORST pizzas we've ever eaten, it's easier to get frozen pizza at the store - and it will taste better, much tastier.
In fact, the cake is completely dry, there is no hint of tomato sauce for pizza, no cheese, and only a few pieces of salami (I ordered pepperoni) indicated that this ...
The price for such a dish is completely inappropriate!! My wife's pizza was of similar quality (in case you think about the fact that I just got one).
Only one thing pleases me - I'll never set foot there again!!!

Review of the Patio Restaurant
We recently visited the Patio restaurant with friends hoping for a pleasant evening, but unfortunately our expectations were not fulfilled.
At first, we had to wait about 20 minutes before the waiter came to our table to take the order. When we finally decided on a choice, after 5 minutes we were informed that there was no ice and we would not be able to order cocktails. This was the first disappointment of the evening.
Then we waited about 25 minutes for our order. When the champagne arrived, there was only one piece in the ice bucket. We decided to order the shots, but we also ran into a problem here — the waiter informed us that they were also out of stock. Moreover, she asked the name three times, and also asked to show it in the menu, which created additional inconvenience.
The choice of desserts turned out to be limited, and the pasta we ordered was simply tasteless: the pasta was stuck together and overcooked. In general, the atmosphere of the establishment could not compensate for all these shortcomings.
Unfortunately, our evening at the Patio didn't live up to expectations. We hope that the situation will change in the future, and the restaurant will be able to offer its guests a higher level of service and food quality.

It's a terrible place. There is no production control over the products used in the kitchen. They didn't even deign to apologize for ruining the evening. And the dish with spoiled food (rotten vegetables) had to be paid for, because we started eating it until we found rotten vegetables (as explained by the waiter, who had previously asked the administrator what could be done).
I paid the bill without any questions and, after payment, asked for a book of comments and suggestions.
When the waiter asked to bring a book of offers after paying the bill, the receptionist came running with a crooked face and a complaint against me. In a disrespectful tone, she tried to find out what happened instead of apologizing.
The evening is ruined. And all this happened on 01.01.2025.

The visitor should immediately understand what is and what is not available, at least from the words of the waiter.. What happened then is unacceptable.. Atmosphere 5 - There is no feeling that you are not at ease, everything is very beautiful and concise.

It is located in the center of Gomel, the prices are decent, but the quality is very questionable, we ordered a pizza with my husband 600 gr for 29 rubles. on a thin dough "barbecue" (a very modest amount of filling, dry meat, sauce - the only thing that was decent in it) drinking water 3 rubles, espresso 3.5 rubles. The most unpleasant thing is that the tables are not wiped after the guests, we were initially put at a dirty table, then transplanted, at my request, but unfortunately, also not at a clean table. There were not many visitors, the waiter rarely appeared in the hall, the hoods work poorly in the smoking room. I do not want to return to this institution.

Pizza-as always on top. How many years have we been going here, so many good delicious pizzas are served here. On Mother's Day, he brought his mother, wife, and daughter. There is no lasagna. Tiramisu is not. There is no hot tango (dessert). Dark draft beer was brought sour. Only the waiter Vitalik tried to protect the honor and dignity of Il Patio. I tried very hard, but apparently not his day. The poppy-seed pie offered to replace Tiramisu was also not there. So I was left without dessert, even though my wife ate ice cream with the child.
