On 12/13/2024, I celebrated my son's birthday. 11 years. The space was chosen because it is located next to the training area and the entire football team was invited immediately after training. We celebrated at Pushkin 68a in the fabulous Bali hall, the cost was about 850 rubles for 3 hours with a game of mafia, I don't remember now, I didn't find it in the correspondence. I came 30 minutes before the start to set the table, but they wouldn't let me in, they said they weren't supposed to, they could only wait 15 minutes. The hall itself is in terrible condition, the projector could not be adjusted so that the picture fell smoothly, it turned out that half of the image was not visible. This was done already during the paid lease. Then, while playing mafia under the child, the ct weighs 33 kg and the chair broke!!!! He fell and got hurt, but!!!!! The landlords said to pay the cost of the chair!!!! It was only after I urged them to review the cameras and make sure that no one was "rocking" on the chairs that they left me alone. These troubles lasted the whole evening of the birthday. At the same time, 2 drunken companies celebrated the New Year's corporate party with us, the noise was incredible. There is no ventilation in the room, as well as the toilet, which was shared by everyone! The girl who led the mafia ran up to the child to calm him down when he fell from his chair, and when I told the staff this, they told me that she was an invited person and did not work for them. If you want to spoil your holiday, this is the place for you!

The price on the website corresponds to reality. There is a microwave, refrigerator and kettle, wi-fi works well, there is a separate bathroom. Disposable tableware is also provided according to the number of people. The room is semi-basement, but the temperature inside is comfortable and not stuffy. Separately, I would like to note the almost lightning-fast responses of managers in the telegram, the issues are resolved very quickly. Before and after the event, the acceptance certificates of the premises were signed. We are happy with the visit, I recommend it

We celebrated a birthday! In a large room (with a projector). We went to the preview beforehand (good location). Our expectations coincided with reality. Everything is as in the photo. I was pleased with the -15% bonus when ordering from 5 hours. They took it just for 5 hours. I liked the fact that no one bothered us. In our case, everything was fine with ventilation and other things. The administrator, Vladimir (young), showed everything at once and explained how to use everything. After that, I was in touch on minor issues. I was pleased with the availability of a full bathroom. And such household appliances as a kettle, refrigerator and microwave. We were also told that you can additionally order consoles and other things + an animator is possible. But we played board games + karaoke the old-fashioned way.
I see that there are negative reviews, but in our case there were no questions. If necessary, let's go here again.

I was afraid of reviews, called, talked, explained that yes, there were ventilation shutdowns (TAPAS Contractor), but now there are almost no interruptions. I met a young guy, Vladimir. Modest and neat. We were asked to pay online, and everyone did so. The room is on the 1st floor of the parking lot. The thrill is that you can make a banal noise and break away, administrators do not resort and do not fool your head. The garbage that we could was removed, the rest was left, no one told us off. There is a question with the search for a building, because Colas 3 is indicated on the parking lot itself and a long building is also Colas 3 next to it. Parking is located in the courtyard, after the barrier on the left. We found out later that another room opens, purely for two, I will come there with my sister, to the Lord of the Rings, wait for us)
To sum up:

At the last moment, we decided to replay the plan for holding a New Year's corporate party and stopped at this place.
To list how many joints there are here is not enough just characters in the review. It's a pity that we were led to the photo on the site, because because of the New Year's rush, we just didn't have enough time to stop by and see everything with our own eyes.
The mood was spoiled immediately in the first minute, because the administrator (an elderly man of about 70 years old) just shocked us: nothing can be removed (we are cultured people and would have done it even without his clarification), but the tone that we heard from him addressed to us - it feels like we are not customers, but it's just not clear who.
There is no lease agreement, no receipts, all records are kept in a notebook as if from school.
The prices on the site are the same - in fact, it turned out that "You don't understand, this is different." But if you give a man money in his pocket from above, then you can buzz at least until the morning. I'm sorry, but even when we arrived at 21:00, we couldn't even sit until one o'clock in the morning.
In short, I strongly do not recommend contacting these scammers.

I strongly advise against this place. Starting from the work of managers, ending with the organization of the premises - an absolutely indifferent attitude.
1. The price on the website was indicated at 40 rubles (an advance payment was made in a week). In fact, the room turned out to be 55. They did not clearly explain why they were promoted
2. The main condition was the ability to smoke hookah. They assured me that it was possible. In fact: the hood does not work, you can not hookah!
3. There is supposedly a Playstation in the photo. On the spot it turned out that "there is, if you brought your own" - that's what the grandpa manager said.
4. Rude answers both on the phone and on the spot. Be careful, they may report you for being late (even if you are over 30). None of the employees are very patient
5. It turned out that the waiting time is 30 minutes (such information is not indicated anywhere)
6. All money issues are resolved right in front of the guests on the table (and on their nerves)
7. The toilet is dirty like at the train station, you can stick to the floor forever))
Young people, the name does not correspond to reality. I recommend you to call yourself "Sharashkin's office". It will be more honest with your customers.

There were, I didn't like it. I will not recommend it to anyone. It's a nightmare. The details are below.
1. A room in the basement! If we had been informed about this in advance, we would have immediately rejected this option.
2. Ventilation is NOT WORKING in the room! Are you out of your mind? Add to this the basement and the persistent smell of wet concrete and cement. Did you pass the fire inspection normally?
3. Maintenance at the level below the baseboard. The male administrator was rude, scolded, and eventually tried to impose on us "at a reduced price" an extension until the morning, so that he would not go to close. Shame.
If there had been fewer of us and we hadn't come with food packages, we would have left immediately, but we got into a situation where we had to close our eyes and stay.
4. No contract, no receipt, no guarantees. Aren't you afraid of the tax? With this attitude, she will come to you soon.
