1) Recording by a certain time does not work. Let's say you made an appointment in advance for 12:00. There is a queue and people in the room. But the system will distribute you whenever it wants. Maybe at 12:10, maybe at 12:50, maybe never.
2) Visitors who come do not take the ticket(s) and climb out of line - just arrogant and shameless people. You're a disgrace. You don't respect your own citizens, neighbors, just other people.
I'll dilute it with a positive review. My turn came just in time for the recording. The employee was very polite and solved my question. Of the cons: we sorted it out on the spot for a long time and consulted with each other on how to do the right thing (I needed to change my passport details in the social card), but, as I understood from friends, this problem exists in all passport desks. But I was assured that the social card would be linked to the passport, and not to the worksite, which is updated every year. I left in a good mood, it suits me to pick up the updated document after 11 days.
I stood for 2.5 hours to get a social number. I had an appointment for a certain time, but apparently people come here just without an appointment, as a result, two grandfathers just rushed in front of me and they were served.
Although the whole procedure takes at most 15 minutes, and my young man went to the same department and spent conditionally 15-30 minutes on everything.
I had another working day and had to reschedule a work meeting because of such a long wait.
Moreover, the reason for such a long service is simply amazing - the employee did not know how to arrange a social number for non-residents, and another woman who knew went to lunch. And so I waited for her for an hour. But in the end, this employee was helped to fill out the application by another woman who had been sitting there all this time (and in theory it was possible to contact her immediately, and not avoid me). But thanks to all of them at least for sincerely wanting to help. And everyone was very polite <3
