2) Visitors who come do not take the ticket(s) and climb out of line - just arrogant and shameless people. You're a disgrace. You don't respect your own citizens, neighbors, just other people.
I'll dilute it with a positive review. My turn came just in time for the recording. The employee was very polite and solved my question. Of the cons: we sorted it out on the spot for a long time and consulted with each other on how to do the right thing (I needed to change my passport details in the social card), but, as I understood from friends, this problem exists in all passport desks. But I was assured that the social card would be linked to the passport, and not to the worksite, which is updated every year. I left in a good mood, it suits me to pick up the updated document after 11 days.
I stood for 2.5 hours to get a social number. I had an appointment for a certain time, but apparently people come here just without an appointment, as a result, two grandfathers just rushed in front of me and they were served.
Although the whole procedure takes at most 15 minutes, and my young man went to the same department and spent conditionally 15-30 minutes on everything.
I had another working day and had to reschedule a work meeting because of such a long wait.
Moreover, the reason for such a long service is simply amazing - the employee did not know how to arrange a social number for non-residents, and another woman who knew went to lunch. And so I waited for her for an hour. But in the end, this employee was helped to fill out the application by another woman who had been sitting there all this time (and in theory it was possible to contact her immediately, and not avoid me). But thanks to all of them at least for sincerely wanting to help. And everyone was very polite <3
In general, I don't have the most pleasant memories. It is unclear why all this is needed with a record for a certain time, if everyone does not care about it)
A very good, knowledgeable boss. He speaks both Russian and Armenian well , can explain everything clearly , and manages the department well . Probably the best passport office in Yerevan.
We applied for a social card on 07/10/12. We needed: a passport, a copy of the passport of the first page and a page with a stamp on crossing the border, a copy of the translation of the passport into Armenian. I came across an attentive employee and filled out everything myself, because so far I can't even redraw my name in Armenian even from the translation of a foreign country) My friend was unlucky - I had to explain that he does not know the language and will not be able to fill in anything. The social card (just A4) was ready the next day, you can pick it up without waiting in line (we asked local employees in uniform to find out if it was possible in the windows).
One of the disadvantages is the QUEUE for coupons. Due to the lack of registration at the passport offices through EarliBird, chaos has been in these offices since 8 a.m. At 9, the opening and the tin begins, the queue turns into a farce (you can learn live speech from native speakers at the same time :). We were in this queue for a local girl and she helped us get coupons, and then the man gave his 2 and passed half an hour earlier)
Terrible and neglectful attitude towards visitors. The boss is rude, questions are answered with disdain. And I still have to pay a state service for all this?
You will no longer be able to get into this department on a ticket and on a first-come, first-served basis. Getting coupons on the website migration.e-gov.am . The nearest available date on the site is in 2 weeks.

The boss who is sitting here is very arrogant and not friendly , you need to love your people , and help if a citizen asks about what kind of state service , and not send him in a rude way to look for answers elsewhere ! Do not forget to make a copy of the passport translation - you will have to give the original translation or make a photocopy at the office across the street (40 AMD /page, located in a cubicle directly opposite the tire shop).

I received a social card. I arrived at about 13:00, there was a queue of 10 people, but it moved quickly, in total I managed it in 20 minutes.
A notarized translation of the passport used to enter is required, and a copy of the passport along with the stamp of entry (if you entered by a foreign country). My social network. the card was ready the next day, you can pick it up without waiting in line in the same window where the documents were submitted.
If you entered the country using an internal passport, then you will do it for about a week.
Twenty minutes to issue a social card using a foreign passport of the Russian Federation, of which 15 minutes is waiting in line for a ticket. Young female operators fill out the application on their own, all that remained was to sign. I highly recommend it. You will only need a notarized copy of the translation of your passport (foreign or Russian Federation)
No one answers the phone, I can't get through for a week, it's tinny! My passport expired on June 28, 2022. I was sick and wanted to know if there would be nothing if I came to change it in July
