I registered on the site and created an application for submitting documents for myself and the child, although my turn was the nearest free one in a month and a half)) I came with a stroller with a child , went through my turn to the operator, a very pleasant woman with curly hair and glasses , said that there was not enough notarized translation of the child's passport into Armenian, I went and did it and came back and we were accepted without waiting in line , copies of documents were collected and they filled out an application for me in Armenian and I signed it , because I couldn't have done it myself , in general, I was satisfied with the visit .
We did the registration for the whole family, we came by appointment (we recorded online, there were only slots for four months). Everything was explained well, there was no queue. Banks and terminals for payment of fees, copy centers nearby, very convenient. There is a notary too, but we didn't need him. There are people inside, but the service is very fast. A consultant girl works, you can specify what and where, including in Russian. Respect to all employees!
It is impossible to get through, I call exactly 20 times a day for three days in a row — they never picked up the phone! Although the policeman said to call them to pick up their passport!
I registered two months ago and now they say that this is no longer relevant, you need to wait for a live queue, I hope you will suffer hellish torments in the future
At 8 a.m., I was 51st in line. The opening is at 9. In order to have time to take the ticket, you need to sign up in the queue. The coupons run out at about 9.30 am. In total, about 120 coupons are sold per day.
There is no break in fact.
You can get a ticket online on the website migration.e-gov.am (only in Armenian). There are plenty of coupons there so far
. But the reception for electronic coupons will begin on July 3. I don't know how this will work in practice.
Boorish attitude. I ask how can I sign up? - on the website on the door, goodbye. All other questions (is it possible to get a voucher in person, I'm here, how else can I sign up besides the site) ended with the answer "not my problem". Coupons are on the site only for the next month! What is this all about?! There is no such mess in any other passport office. Sympathy for those who need to register in the Arabkir area.
With the introduction of electronic registration, they work on electronic tickets. There were no problems with the service. 20 minutes are given for 1 client, so you can get all the explanations. You can pay for all services there, in the terminal.
