Good afternoon! I got into this passport office, if you can call it that, and cursed everything in the world!!! The head of the department, Mr. Gasparyan, is an incompetent, unbalanced and illiterate person! Allowing himself to shout and yell at the visitors! If you are ethnic Armenians who have Russian citizenship, then you are his number one enemy!!! I sincerely sympathize with the people who fell into these hands!!!
