The complex consists of about 10 detached houses. There are cabins for 2-4 people, each with air conditioning and a TV with satellite TV. There is Wi-Fi. In the center of the complex there is a shared kitchen: a refrigerator, a stove, a lot of dishes for common use (good dishes, new, without chips). There are not many tables, but there is enough space for everyone. We were lucky with all the neighbors in terms of cleanliness and neatness, we never found dirty or unwashed dishes after someone, but I suspect that this can happen in a shared kitchen. You can drink tap water (for adults, for sure, we checked it personally). The location of the complex itself is good-on the way to the waterfall and the monastery, where all visiting tourists go. There is a large selection of places for dinner and souvenir shopping in the district, music in neighboring cafes until exactly 23-00. The territory is fenced and closed, so despite the tourists it is quiet and peaceful there. The owners of the complex are very nice and pleasant people. There is a grocery store on site where you can buy the minimum necessities. The only drawback is the lack of cleaning in the cabins during the guests' stay and the lack of supportive cleaning of the shared kitchen. I am very happy with this place and would love to return there!

Houses with amenities. Large Parking for cars. There is a store right on the territory, with everything you need. Very convenient location, 7 minutes to the sea. All attractions are within walking distance.

There are a lot of houses stuck on (18 residential plus two administrations). We removed the shop from the territory (it was very convenient and not expensive). We arrived, not a single stove burner worked at all, we had to quarrel, a worker was brought in the evening.

Everything is fine. It's the only place I've been resting, for 8 years in a row. The number of chalets has been added-this is a small minus... The kitchen needs to be done more...

I liked the separate houses, where there is everything you need, a cozy private terrace. The location is very convenient, all excursions are within walking distance, the administrator is responsive, solves any questions quickly

It's a great place. Not expensive. The rooms are ordinary. There is a shower and a bathroom in the room. There is a large kitchen. Everything is very tasty. Not far from the sea.

The house is small, designed for two, we lived in three. The nights are cold in September, it was cold. Wi-Fi is very good, there is everything in the yard - a kitchen with all utensils, a washing machine. There's a lot of coffee nearby.
