I was on the 14th floor.The view is magnificent. The weather was sunny. MTB Bank is located on the ground floor. We were served quickly and efficiently. However, there is a commission if you are a customer of another bank.

A well-known Class B business center. It houses the Berserk creative Agency, a Night Cinema Room, dentists, psychologists, massage therapists and other fantastic businesses. There are a lot of beauty salons, there are places to "breathe in the uterus" and brighten up)) There are the cleanest toilets at the top of the building. The average rental price is 7-8$ per square meter. Parking: there are not enough places. And where does anyone have enough? There is a well-developed infrastructure around. Opposite the business center there is a Laznya, which seems to have seen many generations of people. A lot of business, a lot! Delicious coffee in the lobby of the 5th floor near the elevators. The coffee areas are beautifully organized. Friendly girls are working.

I hate this place! If there is an opportunity not to go, then I will definitely take it. It's all about the lack of parking spaces. The worst place in Minsk to rent an office. The guard immediately calls a tow truck for all "ugly" parked cars. Your customers will definitely not be happy.
