And that's exactly why I dream of two stars for him - only for the service, we came across a not very pleasant young man, couldn't tell us much about the menu (or didn't want to), they were waiting for a dish, but he forgot to say that he wouldn't be there, plus it seems to us that he also forgot about one more dish because French fries were made for a very long time, they were taken out the very last, even after the hot one.

A terrible place named "Sail"
When we first went there, everything was more or less delicious, but the next day, when we started looking at the canteen-restaurant more, we were struck by the terrible service.
Firstly, there is complete unsanitary conditions: there is nowhere to wash your hands, cooks work without hats and gloves.
Secondly, on the second day, our ten-year-old child got a piece of glass in a glass with a non-alcoholic mojito.
To which the restaurant staff and the hostess herself said that the glass could not get in. And we asked to replace the drink with another one. They told us that the boy had drunk everything, so they did not replace him, although he took one sip and we gave them a full drink. But that's not all, after we ate, they included this mojito in the bill. Nightmare.
Thirdly, the institution has uneducated waiters and the lack of a book of complaints and suggestions.

After 18:00, the dining room closes and the cafe starts working, where the same food from the dining room increases in price 2-3 times and you get it the same, but already on the menu (for example, Trout 250p in the dining room and 550p in the cafe).
The service in the cafe is lame at the same time. It is better to take the menu yourself right away, because if they come to you, then in 10-15 minutes. It's the same story with the calculation at the end of the meal.
In general, I give 5 stars, because the dining room is TOP until 18:00. Well, in general, there is an excellent level for Abkhazia.
