This is the Parus Hotel. Judging by the photos.I wrote a review about him. Apparently Juras Banga is its old name or a name for booking and foreigners. The hotel is very nice

Excellent private mini-hotel, very well located. We had a family vacation in August, lived on the third floor in the VIP, everything is super, I recommend it.
