A very atmospheric establishment, well-thought-out interior design, interesting decorative items. The menu is quite extensive, and most importantly: delicious. National pans, pancakes, salads, desserts. The prices are very reasonable. The only thing that is not very convenient is the mode of operation, you do not always want to disperse at 23 00.
The service is polite and prompt.

We live nearby, and before, when it was still a Drunken outpost, we went very often with the whole family. Then, as renamed, they stopped walking. There was some kind of prejudice, they thought it got worse. Recently we went again. And we were not disappointed! The interior, however, is old, but the atmosphere is still the same:) cooking is definitely tastier than steel. Fried potatoes with mushrooms, pancakes with ham and cheese with sauce, borscht with croutons, assorted draniki everything was super! They brought it quickly, everything is fresh. We liked it and will come here again!

Today, like the previous five years, we spent our leisure time in the Partizan cafe, previously it was called the Hop Zastava. After the renaming, neither the staff of the waiters nor the cook, fortunately, have changed. As before, both the kitchen and the service cause only the highest ratings. I don't know what the rest of the cafe's visitors are focused on (putting negative reviews), but believe me, you are unlikely to find the best wizards with a sponge of bacon and mushrooms in Minsk in any of the restaurants in Minsk. By the way, today we were surprised by the expansion of the menu assortment, and the crispy ears with crispy onion rings came in very much! Very much to all lovers of pure Belarusian
I recommend the kitchens.

The prices on the menu are affordable, the portions are large, the tinctures are delicious!
Here the waiters will not come up to you every 5 minutes to remove the napkin, but to sit quietly with friends without unnecessary stress and pathos is the place.
Waiters, by the way, get used to the role and correspond to the theme of the institution. There is a smoking room, and two non-smoking rooms, a flight deck.
