There is no central heating system in the rooms, and air conditioning heating is clearly insufficient in winter, which is why, having fallen ill, he had to leave ahead of schedule. The request to retrofit the room with at least an electric radiator was ignored, and they refused to return the remainder for unused days, which is about 50,000 drams or 12,000 rubles... The hotel itself is a reconstruction of a spontaneously constructed building, of which there are many in Yerevan, especially in the Kond district, and it is adjacent to it, as it is part of it. The receipts for the cash payment were not issued. I rented room 305, and as usual I will leave as a jilted tourist, which is especially pleasant and adds pathos to the situation in my own "historical homeland."..
We booked through Booking, when we arrived at the hotel around 10 pm, we were met by a guy at the reception who immediately said: Yes, I know you booked, there is no room, there is a problem with him. At the same time, I could not explain what the problem was, I was clearly lying, the reservation was not canceled, moreover, at the time of the conversation there were other available rooms on the booking, but we were assured that there were none. That is, they knew that the room was booked, but decided not to warn or cancel the reservation, but simply put it in front of the fact.
I've been living here for 7 days now)
I have only positive emotions.
Good location. Republic Square is 15-20 minutes away on foot. If you take a taxi, it takes 7-10 minutes. Taxis are very affordable. Near the hotel there is a fruit market, a pharmacy, a supermarket.
But! The main attraction of this hotel is the staff and the business owner - Lilith.
You can see how the person is happy for the hotel and the guests. He tries to help with any questions.
All my questions were solved at once.
As a result, I extended my vacation for another 7 days 😂
A nice hotel with breakfast in a cozy courtyard with a cute kitty :)
The room is a little dark, but otherwise everything is fine!
The staff is very friendly, there is no problem with communication)
If you want to stay here, it's better not to. We got a room on the ground floor with Windows overlooking the courtyard of the private sector. We listened to screaming music until two o'clock in the morning, and all the conversations were perfectly audible. There is no sound insulation. The administrator did not respond to requests in any way, saying: "Well, people are celebrating a birthday, be patient." In general, we did not tolerate it and left. The last straw was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Great hotel! It is cozy, the rooms are well renovated and they are very clean. The breakfast is full and even fresh fruits are served. There is a patio where you can have a great time with a laptop or drink coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. We left after lunch, and the flight was postponed to late evening, they allowed us to leave our things at the reception without any problems and we continued to explore the city of Yerevan. I recommend it to everyone.
I didn't like the hotel at all.
There were few advantages:
We stopped by at night, were greeted by a phone call and settled in. We were allowed to pay later, as soon as we change the money.
Now for the cons:
The reception staff does not speak information (or Russian) well: they did not answer any questions the first time.
The desire to help the client is 0. The only person who was responsive was the woman who cooks breakfast in the morning (as it turned out later, she also seems to be a cleaner).
But we didn't have cleaning for a week - it's clearly visible when a girl's hair is flying in all directions)
The shower, floors, sink, everything remained dirty. They just changed the towels and took out the trash.
The receptionist said to this claim, they say, we hung a sign, the cleaner could not enter. But we also hung it with the "please get out" side. Yes, and the towels were changed
The room itself is kind of ill-conceived, inconvenient. There is no place to dry towels after a shower, for example.
Breakfast is meager, but you will not stay hungry:
Flakes, sliced, boiled egg and sausages, cucumber, tomato, fruit and some cookies were also put. Drinks include tea, coffee, juice, and milk. Breakfast is served right in the lobby at the reception, there are 4 tables for guests, there is a cooler.
And we also get a room on the ground floor. The Windows overlook directly into the "courtyard" to the locals - there is a chaotic building behind the hotel. I had to stay in the room always with the curtains drawn.
During the whole week that we spent in this "hotel", the room was never wet cleaned. Even elementary sweeping of floors is probably difficult for them. The whole cleaning consisted of changing the towels twice in a week. For the third time, only one towel was replaced (both were drying on chairs). It is unclear on what principle the towel was chosen.
The shower is absolutely not thought out. The glass wall is so narrow that the water after the shower is all over the bathroom. There are no shelves to put toiletries on. The hood is not coping.
When they were evicted, they began to check all the places so that they would not forget anything. As a result, they found that someone's cupcakes were lying in the refrigerator in the freezer. That is, they were lying there before us. And after the previous guests, no one threw them out.
Initially, we were given one blanket for two (a medium-sized blanket). The next day, they asked to give out a second blanket - the person at the reception asked to ask the manager in the evening, since he does not know where to get a blanket. In the evening, another person at the reception replied the same thing. In the end, he agreed to call the manager and took out a blanket.
There are brochures with excursions at the reception. When asked what was included in the tour, they said, "we don't know, we don't conduct them ourselves." And in general, the people who stand at the reception desk do not have complete information.
The hotel is located in the same building, but in two entrances, which are separated by an arch. That is, the passage from the room to the reception is only across the street.
Breakfast for this price is quite meager: cold sausages, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, the cheapest sausage, juice, milk (it may already smell sour), cereals, tea, coffee (only one coffee option works in the coffee machine, and then if the coffee machine is cleaned).
And all this for ~ 5000 rubles /night.
This, of course, is not 4 stars in any way, as indicated in the booking. But the hotel is cozy, clean, with large rooms. The breakfasts are meager. Remove the stardom so that people don't overestimate expectations
We confirmed the reservation at the booking office and in WA in correspondence, and a couple of hours before check-in, the reservation was deleted without explanation.
A good hotel, we would like to thank the manager very much, the room is clean and it is clear that he is being watched. Walking distance from the center is 15 minutes.
