A wonderful hotel, comfortable rooms, a varied buffet, very attentive and helpful staff, beautiful interior design. We lived in a room with a balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains
It's a five. The luxurious lobby. English-speaking reception. A gourmet breakfast. The view from the window of the mother mountain. Everything in the room is noble. The water in the refrigerator is free. There are many elevators. A well-maintained mini-garden on the facade.

Probably when this hotel was taken from foreigners and nationalized in 1976, then it corresponded to 5 stars. Now it is a pitiful sight with antique furniture, very dirty carpets, rusty plumbing and a drain hole in the bathroom floor, but nevertheless crowded with guests. The only thing that remotely corresponds to five stars is breakfast
It was in 2019. The hotel does not correspond to the general understanding of 5 stars. The rooms are in need of repair, the furniture is worn out, the carpets are terrible, the plumbing is leaking and working somehow. One of the advantages is an excellent breakfast, a good restaurant with adequate prices, shops and cafes nearby.
