We went by ferry from Klaipeda to Kiel and back. Decent and inexpensive ferries with convenient access to Germany bypassing Poland. There is Wi-Fi and a buffet on board. You can take a cabin or a sitting place where you can also sleep. But be sure to take a pillow and a blanket.
