A call to the hotline is generally a laugh: "Well, pay in cash." I probably wouldn't be doing bullshit, wasting my time on this stupid terminal, if I took cash with me? The following support solution: "withdraw at an ATM in a shopping center and pay in cash, passed the problem to specialists." As a result, I had to go back, look for another parking meter and there, after standing in a small queue, finally pay with a card. The loss of time out of the blue is about 10 minutes, including a call to support, and a lot of unnecessary movements. Either set up your parking meters to run smoothly, or turn off your parking altogether. It's not about three rubles, absolutely not, it's about independently finding a solution to the problem in your parking lot and unnecessary movements around the mall.

индикаторы занятых мест не работают, вернее не просто выключены, а вводят в заблуждение водителей,
навигация по паркингу как прохождение лабиринта,
въезд и выезд мало того что сами по себе расположены неудобно по отношению к зданию, так и уклон заезда оставляет желать лучшего,
один (и единственный?) паркомат расположен прямо у выезда - гениальное решение, давайте устроим пробку и будем всем паркингом оплачивать парковку в одном месте,
и за все это ВЫ платите своими деньгами)))
