Castle Hill is an iconic place in the city. You need to climb up the steps from the church. About 15 meters. There is a green meadow on the mountain, trees grow along the edges. If you are ever lucky enough to visit Braslav, for work or in transit, then you just have to visit this place! From the top of the mountain there are magnificent views of the city and the huge Braslav Lake.
Of course, it is better to go in warm weather to give yourself the opportunity not only to enjoy the view, but also to swim.
By the way, the water in the lake is very clean, which is another undoubted advantage.
You can get there not only by your own transport, but also by any bus or minibus going to Braslav or passing by. And believe me, you will not get lost, because the expanses of the lake open from the bus station itself, and the mountain itself is a 15-minute walk away. A navigator or a map will always help you navigate, and if there is neither one nor the other, then as they say: the language will bring you to Kiev)
