A very beautiful and patriotic place in the city center. There are many beautiful branching trees and benches. During the day you can relax and take a walk in the shade, in the evening it is also a good place to walk. There is a wonderful cafe Apetit across the street. The sea is very close.
Clean, neat, with perennial thuja, eucalyptus, palm trees.
There is a memorial in the center.
I was with my husband at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Abkhazian basketball.
An extensive program of commemoration with the laying of flowers at the memorial.
It is beautiful, well-groomed, not at all large, like many other parks in Sukhum, but at the same time significant: you want to carefully and in silence examine the monument, sculptures, walk around the pedestal, remember the fallen...
Clean, well-groomed, dogs are forbidden to walk (and do not walk), there is a toilet on the territory (now the cost is already 20 rubles, at the beginning of summer it was 15, and last year it was 10 rubles, but inflation is everywhere). The names of all the victims are on the marble). There are benches, you can sit and relax…
Comments are unnecessary... This is the Walk of Fame! It is always quiet and sparsely populated. Beautiful and strict. You can sit and think about something more serious than the sea and the sun.
A place of glory, strength, and sorrow
A memorial square with a mention of all the heroes who died for freedom ...
A very beautiful obelisk, looks great against the background of the city.
A nice quiet, peaceful park surrounded by greenery.

To go to Abkhazia again - no, and no again. Everything is very abandoned, the swing has been abandoned since the Soviet era, the sea is not so hot (ours is no worse than black), and then you come from the road and run hungry, there is no infrastructure for vacationers - they live only for themselves.
A pleasant place in the city, it is especially good to sit in the sun on a bench, among the trees, there are a lot of schoolchildren at school time, it is interesting to watch them)
A holy place for the whole of Abkhazia! I go there every year. I found a namesake buried there, I'll come, I'll remember him, I'll put flowers. Eternal memory to all those who died!
Clean and well-maintained park in the city center, lots of places to relax

A beautiful park in memory of my former friends who gave their lives for the freedom of Abkhazia. I was personally acquainted with Lieutenant Generals Dabar and Sosnalievs, because being in the personal guard of President Ardzynba, I repeatedly communicated with these excellent commanders, including V. Arshba.
A beautiful park, very clean, not particularly quiet, since there is a road and a roadway nearby, but very beautiful and clean, there are often excursions)
One of the small central parks of Sukhum. Memorial Park for soldiers who died in the war of 1992-1993 . And a monument. However, the architect and sculptor encrypted something very strongly in the monument itself. So much so that I didn't quite get it. In my opinion, there is no need to show off too much when creating such sacred places. The monument should be understandable to everyone. Without unnecessary frills and symbolism. How clear are the two busts to the heroes of Abkhazia and the lists of the dead around the perimeter of the monument.
Sukhum, Glory Park...a place of Memory for the People Who Love Their Abkhazia, Home, Family, And the Power of A Place on Planet Earth.....A low bow to the Victors and Defenders of the ages...Deep thanks to the Friends who came to the rescue and stayed there forever..Heartfelt ,,You Are"
