There is no owner in the park. A special team that would cut down dry branches, thin out, plant trees, remove garbage, mow grass, etc.
, etc. In my opinion, animal figurines can be painted simply white, a la plaster and it would look much more elegant against the background of green trees and against the background of a winter landscape. The park is nice, but not well maintained.
