I really like this hotel. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant on the top floor. Near the Russian Embassy, metro. It's not far to the center. There are shops nearby if you want to buy something to eat. The local beer and raki are good. The prices are reasonable. There is a large park nearby. Everything is decent. For a vacation in Sofia, that's the thing.
On the outskirts of the city. Convenient for car travelers. But parking has become paid. This is a minus. The hotel is Soviet. Pretty shabby. But you can live. The room has everything. And a bathtub, and a refrigerator, and a hair dryer... The restaurant with panoramic views is a pretentious eatery with unimaginably dirty windows. There's nowhere to eat around either. There is some kind of Turkish cafe and a minimarket with a poor assortment. It is better to get to the center by taxi - it is inexpensive.
