The location of the hotel in close proximity to the sea is what I brought the children here for. But after seeing all the beauty on arrival, I was happy! Resting here, in this cozy place by the sea, one can only say a huge thank you to its creators and those who keep it so clean!!! After all, this is daily work! The house is clean, everything is there. There is a pleasant shade from the plants on the veranda, which allows you to sit there even during the day. There is a place for cooking with a barbecue, and also with a view of the sea! There are many cafes nearby for every taste. Thanks for the rest!!! Let's come back here more than once! I definitely recommend it!

A wonderful place! Cozy houses, everything you need is provided. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery and shade. The kitchen is equipped. It's quiet, beautiful, you rest your soul. The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive.

I rested at the end of October. Secluded green area with direct access to the beach. Wooden houses, no frills, but everything you need is there. The kitchen is shared, with a full set of dishes and a beautiful view of the sea. The hosts are pleasant and unobtrusive. The rest turned out to be better than expected.

Everything is super sea, air, sun. Cozy and comfortable houses, a wonderful kitchen with a terrace above the sea. The entire territory has magnificent vegetation of palm trees, cacti, flowers, roses in spring and early summer. This is a small island of Paradise. For all this, thanks to the hosts who put their soul into all this splendor. And special thanks to the service staff Svetlana and Alexander.

We had a rest in May, we liked everything very much, the perfect place to relax)) We were very satisfied) Clean houses, well-groomed territory, 2 steps to the sea)))The cleanest water in the sea and a well-groomed beach! A gorgeous view of the sea comes off from the house! Kind and helpful staff! There is a grocery store and a cafe within a 2-minute walk. There is also a kitchen and all necessary utensils for cooking on the territory of the hotel complex! "Moresol" thank you for a wonderful vacation!))

Wonderful design, the area is very green, the sea with breakwaters. It is located right on the shore. There is a railway nearby, but it doesn't bother you much. Of the cons, everything is dilapidated. Unfortunately, everything is a little different from the photo. Lime on the taps, mold in the shower and rust in the kitchen. If you maintain and touch up, the place is great.

We had a rest in September 2022. It's a disappointment. The room has not been cleaned once in two weeks. The food in the neighboring cafes and canteens is disgusting, in the dining room, to the right towards Sukhum, the food is yesterday's, and there was even sour mashed potatoes, there is a minimum of food in the store, there is absolutely nowhere to go for a walk. The only plus is the sea. There are no declared sunbeds, the kettle is in the room only after our urgent request.

Right by the sea! Green territory, clean. Only one thing, but there is a cafe next to it with loud music, but they turn it off at 23h and thanks for that. They would have changed the repertoire, otherwise we learned all the songs in 10 days.😅

A great place for a relaxing holiday! New cozy houses. Clean territory. Access to the beach is almost from the porch. There is a grocery store nearby, several cafes. If swimming and fishing are one of the best options.
