The place is beautiful, I have been going to camp with my child for 2 years. The rooms are different, everything is fine in the buildings, everything is available (kettle, TV, shower and toilet). There is a laundry room with washing machines. The houses are nice, but they are closer to the forest, respectively, there are more midges. There is also a toilet and a shower cabin. The food is good. For entertainment, there is a football field, a rope town, a beach and horseback riding. There are also a huge number of barbecues, a couple of gazebos and one place for a large fire pit! I definitely want to go back there!!!

A very pleasant place in the woods, with friendly staff, Parking and the opportunity to stay with animals (dogs). We occupied a 4-bed room from 2 rooms (TV only in one of the rooms + toilet and shower), a refrigerator and a kitchen shared on the floor. The disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning and "catering", but there is an opportunity to make kebabs on the barbecue and in the gazebo (there are several of them). Weddings, etc., mass events are often celebrated there, then tables are prepared in banquet halls ("to order").

We were at the end of September. Neat, clean, there is a Playground, football and volleyball fields. There is a rope town in the forest, but we didn't get there. My husband's aunt celebrated the anniversary.
Before that, all family celebrations were at the Svitanka in Zhodino.
Every time I thought that there was a bottom of the bottom, where weddings and funerals and all banquets are celebrated in one hall at the same time.

We booked for a long time in order to be sure to make it!
Then the stories began with the change of administrators, staff and something else. My husband's aunt was withering, all the time. The admin has not yet charged the correct cost per person. Kondraty almost missed the jubilee.
Because the price turned out to be 2 times higher!
We already decided to cancel and look for something in Minsk, then we called and sorted out the misunderstanding, but it would have been better to do so, cancel the reservation and find another institution.
When I arrived today, I did not believe that this is THE SAME AWESOME PLACE.
The salad is filthy, the fish is of inferior quality, which breaks down into fibers, it was scary to eat, in general, I did not. Sausage slicing is the cheapest, as well as the ingredients for the dishes are the cheapest.
Meat in portions with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Plastic tomatoes, cucumbers are those that are half a meter long. It's the end of summer!!!! I took gorgeous homemade cucumbers at the market yesterday upon arrival for 3p. And tomatoes for pennies, delicious.

The key thing is that the person ordered the event and received a bunch of unpleasant emotions and then also sobbed from upset feelings. And shame in front of the guests. And here, we are not satisfied with excuses: look, these are suppliers and the staff is bad, and we are in white.
It is the responsibility of the head to hire staff who knows where good products are, where to get a high-quality cook and waiter. And pay him money, and not be greedy and make 7 out of one cap. None of our people will come to you anymore and tell everyone. Save further.

But that's all I can say about this place - it's only good!) Let's start with the fact that the city of Borisov, with its military units and, as a result, a considerable number of visiting dads, moms, wives, brides and other relatives of the guys serving there, it would not hurt to get some more beds. Because our visit to Borisov, for example, coincided with the oath and a month before the dates we needed, it turned out to be unrealistic to rent anything decent for housing) It is unrealistic in Borisov itself, here, at the Chaika base, there were still free places. The only difficulty was that it was about 20 km from Borisov to the base. But nowadays, there is asphalt all around and this is probably not a problem) In general, we began to have a positive opinion about the "Seagull" immediately from the moment we ordered seats. It turned out that you can stay there with a dog. It's true that we have a Kid-a boy, not God knows what kind of dog, but still... Believe me, we travel a lot and very rarely where you can get permission to be with a dog, even with such a dog) So, further-more, a completely adequate guard met at the gate, who politely explained where to go further in order to have a minimum of inconvenience. We drove through, checked in, checked in, there are no problems here. Now a little bit about the database itself. The territory is quite large and very well maintained. There are pine trees and a lawn all around, everything is cultured and nice. There are horses and ponies there, but by our arrival they were already in the stalls. However, I don't know if we broke any rules or not, but we opened the door to the stable and looked at the ponies and ponies anyway) You can go past the horses to the river, but the beach, which was clearly there once, has fallen into disrepair today) As for the rooms themselves, we were in a double room with a living room and a bedroom. The room is great, there is nothing to complain about. Orthopedic pillows, a comfortable bed, which does not happen often. Hot water, washbasin, shower, toilet) There are mosquito nets on the windows, which is very important when the base is located in the forest and near the river) There is a restaurant on the territory, but there was a special event and we could not visit it. In general, to summarize, I will say that we were satisfied with visiting this place!) There was one caveat, of course, namely, what a lot of people!) But it was Saturday, people were drinking and relaxing, they have the right!) Moreover, they behaved decently and culturally. I would also like to mention the price tag for beer and drinks, they are completely bad, so take everything with you when you arrive there!) Something like that) Good luck to everyone!)

Among the advantages: well-groomed territory, but small, there is not much place to walk, there is a playground for children, swings, barbecues, gazebos, sports grounds. Among the disadvantages: the rooms are cold, terrible audibility, the water is barely warm, the beds are single, if the pair has to be shifted, not all rooms have a kettle. There is an interesting system on the base: housing is a separate office, a separate restaurant. Restaurant: the service is terrible, they don't know the basics of serving, the waiters play phones instead of working. The cook does not give all orders to the table, does not know the menu well. The food is generally not bad. The music is only Russian, DJ leaves at the beginning of the evening, and drunk guests control his technique themselves. Sauna: it is so cold in the recreation room that your feet get cold, the fireplace does not save you, there is no hot water in the shower, only cold or barely warm. But there are free sheets, brooms for a fee, a microwave, dishes and a kettle. Personally, I will never go there a second time. Maybe it's better there in the summer.

We have just returned from the "Forest Seagull" and I am absolutely delighted! The nature around is simply fabulous, walking around the territory is a pleasure. I do not advise you to celebrate your wedding here. Our wedding was completely ruined because of the restaurant's work.
The only plus is a beautiful location, you can take beautiful photos.
And now about the cons: we booked our date six months before the wedding. During this time, 3 chefs changed, and some conditions were constantly changing (at first there was an advance payment of 150 rubles, then 20% of the order, at first you could have your own alcohol, after the new year you couldn't have your own alcohol - but here we were lucky that we signed a contract on the old terms); we discussed the menu with one cook, who I explained everything in detail, advised what is better to order - in general, I had very good impressions, and we were already calm that everything would go well. But a week before the wedding, we find out for ourselves that the cook has already changed (for some reason they decided not to warn us). And after talking with the new chef, we began to worry that everything would not go well. Well, our fears were justified. All through the wedding, I burned with shame from the service and from the food they cooked. The portions were all different both externally and by gram. Someone got cheese for the chop, but someone was unlucky - there was no cheese. For some reason, those guests who left earlier were no longer served hot, although we paid for it. But the biggest shock for me happened at the very end of the event, when I found out that the presenter and DJ were not served their food, which we also ordered and paid for in advance, discussed it with the cook. When we asked why they didn't set the table for them, the waitresses replied: no one told us, it's okay, it will be slimmer. In general, no one even apologized for spoiling the evening, for delaying the removal of the main dishes for half an hour. There was one excuse that they had 3 more banquets in parallel (we did not understand how we were to blame for this).
Another positive thing: the forgotten things were returned.

The territory is large, there is a place to walk. There are horses, children rode.

Of the minuses, they did not prepare for arrival, the paths are bare ice, not sprinkled or cleaned, the walks are very extreme, the children fell constantly-this is a minus for the staff

They celebrated the new year there. We really enjoyed it together. Great territory. The banquet hall pleased me. Very colorful, all made of natural wood. The benches and chairs are comfortable and heavy. It's like a fairy tale. As for the food: everything was very tasty!!! Sausages, ribs together are very tasty and tender. And portioned salads are just a masterpiece, I have not tried this combination, but I will definitely make it at home!!! Girls who worked on the evening of December 29, 2022, you are smart!!!
