You can pay for an umbrella and a chaise longue separately, but as for everything else, escorts canteens pharmacies markets are all at your own expense
We stayed at this hotel from July 22 to 31, two adults and a child of 10 years old. Room with sea view. Nice hotel, convenient location. There is still a lot to work on for complete comfort, but in general its organization is still noticeable. Booked through a tour agent. The tour includes flight by Aeroflot, transfer to the hotel and back.
In general, there were only pleasant impressions, despite the disadvantages in the nuances.
I was in Abkhazia 7 years ago, a lot has changed, the infrastructure is getting better, but there is less and less national identity. The main products on the market are from Turkey and Stavropol. I wanted to buy another vase made of ceramics by local craftsmen in my collection, but there is absolutely nothing to choose, as before.
There was a new safe in the room, as part of the interior, for two days at the beginning of arrival they promised to send a master, but we did not wait for him.
The cleaning is very weak, if so, then very soon the hotel will lose its gloss and attractiveness.
It is not clear why such large bathrooms were built in the project, the amenities are still minimal. There are no cups for brushes.
There is not enough water cooler in the hotel.
Three meals a day, buffet. The menu is generally varied, there was no separate one for children, but hardly anyone can stay hungry. The desserts are the same.
The infection did not bypass us either, my sister and niece were ill, 4-5 days fell out of a full rest, and, by the way, one day falls out of the proposed tour for everyone.
It is convenient that there is a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, you must definitely come there with a hotel bracelet, otherwise they will not let you in. Umbrellas are not allowed to be opened in windy weather, although the sun is bright, in order to save inventory (perhaps they saved on quality).
The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, large TV, kettle, dishes - tea pairs, glasses. Beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The linen is pure white, but with a musty smell, poorly dried.
Mosquitoes were annoying, they bought a fumigator themselves, not very effective, but it was better with it. There are few outlets in the room.

Previously, all the hotel owners attributed it to an infection at sea. But we didn't even swim in it. But being in the dining room, I saw how mugs and glasses are washed not in the dishwasher where high temperatures kill the infection, but manually wiped with a rag under the tap and carried to the distribution.
Although the management and the management family eat in this dining room.
I also heard a girl on our floor arguing with the maid that she wiped something in the toilet with a rag, and then wiped the table in the room with the same rag. To the girl's indignation, the maid replied-well, I washed the rag with water after the toilet.
- Yes, the food can be said to be varied. In any case, you will find something to eat, but there is no problem with baking at all. Drinks, as everywhere in hotels in Abkhazia, are a loaded concentrate of an incomprehensible composition.
-Animation is weak from the word at all. Alexandra is really trying, but somehow it's not the same. It does not attract children. At a children's disco, she turns on adult songs for them, the children are not interested, they run away, but she does not try to collect them in a bunch.
No interactive, just go out to the pool at 20.30, Alexandra turns on children's and adult songs on the column and dances. Children are absolutely not interested. This is the first time I've seen such an animation.
Next, they say that an adult disco has begun, but the adults are all sitting on benches / drinking and silently watching in disbelief as Alexandra dances 😂

During the week, no one took anything away, the bed was also not changed, cleaning was not done. They just threw out the trash, and asked if they needed paper. They honestly offered cleaning, but all the time during the day, when my child was sleeping.
-there is no beach of their own, they were sent to a piece of the beach from the grand hotel Abkhazia (this is one owner)
In general, the hotel is pleasant, but there are still many issues that need to be resolved. I hope the hotel management will read my review.
