There is a good pool on the territory, but it is already old.The water is not always clean.The apartments are of the same type and also old.Prices do not bite, out of season, you can rent an apartment cheap,one bedroom.
A huge plus of the condominium is a cafe with Russian and European cuisine.The cafe is inexpensive.The food is delicious and the staff is good.The place is also good, far from the sea, but near a busy street with a large number of bars and good restaurants.

A dangerous place😅 I have met people who have not left the condo in 2 months! There is a cafe with everything you need in the courtyard, forcing residents not to leave the condo for weeks😂
The building is old, as is the furniture inside, but compares favorably with other apartments with a larger living area. The kitchen is small, but you can cook.
The pool is decent, the gym is quite suitable for an ordinary person who is not preparing for the Olympics.

He lived for two years. There are advantages and disadvantages. If you come to the sea, it's a long way to go, you can find it closer. Sometimes cockroaches and ants appeared. In general, the Condo is not new, look for apartments with fresh repairs and adequate owners.
Advantages - the pools are large. The rental price is not high.

The condo is quite economy class, there are a lot of wheelchair users. Very modest apartments. There is excellent infrastructure nearby, there is a restaurant.
