A great hotel. The rooms are warm and cozy. The room has a kettle, cups, tea-coffee-sugar. It's very cozy. The toilet-shower is always clean. The service is excellent!
The breakfasts are normal, you can always find something to eat. Fruit for breakfast is the main thing for me.
I will be very happy to come back here again!

The room is comfortable, the mattress is important to me, it was good. The bathroom is comfortable, modern, the hair dryer is normal, but sometimes it happens.
. There are 2 bottles of water in the room, a kettle + a choice of tea, coffee, cappuccino. The curtains are very thick, it is comfortable to sleep.There is no refrigerator, but it does not bother, this minus overlaps the excellent breakfast buffet, just 20/10. Thanks to the chef, everything is fresh and delicious and the quality of the products is excellent.

Booked for work for a month, double room with one bed
On the plus side: the breakfasts are good, for 4 stars it is quite on the level. There is a large hall in the restaurant, there is almost always a place at a separate table. It pleases me! Nice view of the city from the window. I was also pleased with the larger number of elevators)
And now the cons: the 2 broken and rickety beds were simply pushed together, connected by a sheet, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. All requests to the reception were ignored, as well as requests to bring at least soap and a glass (there was nothing in the room at the time of arrival!)
Cleaning leaves much to be desired: if you book a room for 2 people, you will still be left with hygiene supplies for one.
There is no hair conditioner! The receptionist said they just don't have it - it's weird. And there is no storage system at all! No shelves, no cupboards, no drawers. There is a table, bedside tables and one railing (open) for a maximum of 5 things. In the cold season, it is very inconvenient, there is nowhere to hang or fold clothes:(Therefore, only 3 stars, unfortunately it does not reach 4

We stayed for one night, we were passing by car. Spacious Parking, a large cozy family room, a full set of accessories in the room, even a child was put on, this is not often seen. Clear. Judge for yourself: there is a place for a refrigerator in the room, but there is no refrigerator itself. On my request to the relevant service, I received an answer that if there is a vacancy in some room, we will deliver it to you, but it is unlikely. Therefore, you can take the products to the bar in the refrigerator and get a number to get them back. How's that? The same goes for the teapot. There are tea and coffee accessories, but there is no kettle. To my question; "How so?" I got the answer: "Do you need a kettle? Well, if you need it, then we will bring" Supporting photos attached. Cool? There are also problems with breakfast: porridge and other hot dishes are brought a little bit at a time. It ends quickly and you have to wait.

There was no local currency yet . The reception calmly takes security in rubles at the exchange rate. We made an early check - in , not a day . The restaurant is good. The room stock is not bad. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Many thanks to the guys from the reception.... I forgot to take medicine with me on a business trip (the hotel does not have its own pharmacy stall), but thanks to the well-coordinated work of the reception staff, the necessary drug was ordered and its delivery was organized (at 07-00 in the morning). The standard room is clean, underfloor heating in the bathroom, the room itself has a comfortable temperature (at the time of stay in Astana it was -38). Breakfast is included in the price of your stay - delicious, varied cuisine. I was satisfied with everything!

The rooms don't have the best internet, but everything is fine in the halls.
The staff is completely correct and responsive. Yes, late in the evening, when three guys were left at the counter, a checkmate was heard. But it seems that for Kazakhstan, a mat in a public place is almost the norm. It is sad. For me, a checkmate is unacceptable.
But if you are an ordinary tourist and sleep in your room at night, then the hotel is quite decent for a few days.
And if you have a little more money, then your older brother is Radisson SAS.

Thank you for the warm welcome, we really enjoyed it! The room is clean, fresh, nice to be here. Every day they bring water (or by calling the reception, number 9), tea, coffee, sugar - a trifle, but it's nice! The shower and toilet are clean (this is important to me!)🤗
The room is spacious. We came with a child, 9th floor, the windows are comfortable and safe (there are iron fences). Special thanks for that! In the morning there is a buffet, everything is very convenient, the service is super! The girls are friendly.
