We went to the park from the railway station on foot. It was a bad decision, the path went along the border of the city and everything is sad there: broken dusty roads, the same houses.
The Heydar Aliyev Park itself looks solid. It stretches for more than two km in length, the entrance is crowned by a monumental arch. Everything is as usual, clean and tidy. This is in stark contrast to the decline of the urban suburbs, and this gap is disheartening.
A beautiful park that is worth a visit! We walked with pleasure and looked at the beauty that awaited us in it. It's a pity that when we arrived, there was no water and no fish, but as we understood, there are repairs now. It's a very nice park.
